Love the atmosphere! A small piece of Hawaii, transported to Colorado. This place hits different. The food was good too, albeit a little on the salty side Service was decent. They were very friendly, but attention to detail was not strong. That, and we kind of felt rushed towards the end. May go back again. If you're looking for something different in Longmont, check em out.

We came to Swaylos pretty late at night but the service and food was still amazing. I haven't been to any tropical themed restaurants in a long time so I was pleasantly surprised how good everything was. From the delicious foods to the amazing cocktails Swaylos completely outdid themselves. Couldnt recommend them more.

We enjoyed our meal. Service was very good. Very comfy restaurant. Food was good, I had the pork. Everyone else in our party of 7 seemed to enjoy their meals as well. Could maybe use more kid options.

One of my top favorite restaurants in Longmont! I love the atmosphere. It’s cozy, and makes me feel like I’m in Hawaii. Every dish I’ve tried I’ve loved, especially the ceviche appetizer, smoked chicken, macaroni salad, and rum cake! Staff is super friendly. Oh and the alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are top notch, fun, and delicious!

Stopped by for restaurant week and overall had a good experience. For drinks we ordered the rocky mountain sling and the siren song. They were a bit pricey compared to what I usually get, but they were fun and pretty tasty. The frozen drink flight was also fun. For the first round we got the tropical spinach salad and ahi poke wontons. Both were decent, but underwhelming. The second round we got the Kauai rice bowl and kalua pork. I thought the rice bowl was a bit small, but the pork dish was quite large and tasted great. The dole whip and haupia pie were solid, but by dessert time we were stuffed. Overall I was pretty pleased with the value that we got. Definitely not a cheap night out, but a fun one.

It did have some good food options and some unique drinks on the menu. Our server was very generous and really did a great job. And by the way, the flower is edible and considered an aphrodisiac in the photo.

Quite literally came here on a whim with my boyfriend on a Tuesday night and was the most pleasant and delightful experience with delicious food I’ve had since I’ve moved to Colorado. I’ve lived in San Francisco and been to places like the famous Tonga Room, but this surpasses that by a long shot. Everything that came out, (6 different cocktails, 3 appetizers and an entree to split) were superb. Rickey made a speciality cocktail of his own making called the Tropical Itch also that was amazing as well and none of the drinks were too sweet. The service was impeccable. It was a perfect balance of attentive but not pushy and made our experience memorable. Everything from the atmosphere and music to the food and service were top notch. HIGHLY recommend!

It’s completely worth the hour drive to come here! The cocktails are nothing short of spectacular. The drinks are not only visually stunning with their garnishes but also bursting with flavor. The food is really good too! The menu offers a variety of delicious dishes. I really appreciate all the vegetarian options. The staff at Swaylo’s is incredibly attentive and knowledgeable about their cocktails and menu items.
