I recently brought in my custom-built PC for diagnostics and repair after running into some issues that I couldn’t figure out on my own. From the moment I dropped it off, I felt completely at ease. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and immediately made me feel reassured. I was overwhelmed and unsure of what was wrong, but he took the time to explain things to me and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Despite dropping it off towards the end of the week, he was able to diagnose the problem and communicate the issues within just a few days. Once we identified the faulty part, he quickly arranged for a replacement and had my PC fixed sooner than I expected. Not only did he repair the issue, but he also rebuilt my PC very nicely, making sure everything was perfectly in place. The level of communication and care he provided was outstanding. I’m beyond satisfied with the service and highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of computer repairs.

Brent was incredibly professional over the phone and in person. Shipped in three fans for my graphics card and fixed it up really fast. Didn’t cost me an arm and a leg, highly recommend!

I cannot say enough positive things about this store. I called SWAT after striking out at Best Buy, as I needed a hardware repair and fast, as I was going to be moving at the end of the week. Brent was so incredibly helpful on the phone, and let me know that it would likely take longer than a week to fix my laptop but that I can feel free to stop by and see if he can adjust it just enough so that it’s useable. I did just that, and when Brent realized that the part I needed may arrive in time for him to fix it before I had to move, I agreed to take that chance and leave my laptop in his care. Some unforeseen circumstances ended up happening later that day that could have potentially affected the arrival time for the parts, but Brent worked tirelessly that afternoon after discovering he had the same laptop on hand that was set to be recycled. I had my laptop back in my hands, like brand new, less than 24 hours later. The service and care that Brent provided was incredible, and thanks to him I was able to start my new job without a hitch due to his quick thinning and effort. I highly recommend using SWAT PC for all your computer repair needs, I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Switched my old computer into a new case, installed my new 4090. Took them about 3 hours A++ service Would give them 5 stars 50 times over. Prices are very affordable.

Swat pc is very good at what they do. Very friendly and attentive.My laptop got fixed in no time the touch screen was broken and Swat Pc was able to replace it with a new screen at a very affordable price. My laptop is worth 1k thank God for Swat pc whom came for the rescue and didn’t had to buy a New one. very Greatful 🙏thank you soo much I can recommend them to anyone.

I was looking for a place that could fix my computer. I called other places and didn't feel good about it. I called SWAT PC and quickly realized they have customer service skills. SWAT PC doesn't charge as much as the other places. My SWAT PC was fixed the same day! It runs great and I received awesome advice. SWAT PC is a place that I will come again if I have to. Took my pc there for repair, i thought they wouldn’t find the problem. Took some time but eventually they find the problem and now the p.c works like new, great service
