Perfect mountain home - stunning views, gorgeous interior, family friendly! Our stay at Swan River Retreat was absolutely wonderful. The home is spacious yet cozy, boasts magnificent views, and is beautifully decorated and designed. Everything was thoughtfully organized and labeled making us feel immediately at home. Our young children loved the play room off the kitchen and spent hours in the outdoor playhouse and playground. The location is convenient, only minutes from the Breckenridge slopes and Frisco shopping and activities. We can’t wait to stay here again for our next ski trip!
Definitely has a WOW factor from the spacious great room with a beautiful fireplace to fantastic views. Its a quick drive to Breckenridge for fun shopping and delicious cuisine, but why leave the house with it’s updated kitchen and open dining area, oh and the wonderful outdoor patio! It’s perfect! Plenty of rooms inside for all to spread out, two laundry areas and an outdoor walking path.Very clean and relaxing. I want to go back soon!!!! Loved it!
This is a beautiful, spacious, elegant mountain home with luxurious furnishings & finishes. Large windows, high ceilings, large wooden beams, hard wood floors, fireplaces, etc. provide classy & cozy atmosphere. Fantastic views of the mountains. We stayed here for winter ski trip & made good use of the hot tub & pool table in the evenings. Convenient location. Highly recommended.
Our group of 9 had a wonderful first class experience at this beautiful mountain home. We booked it for a week during ski season and liked it so much that 4 of us returned again in September to enjoy it some more.
The spotless home is equipped with many top of the line amenities and it felt like a luxury hotel but with the homeyness, privacy, and roominess of a personal vacation residence. It was a perfect setup for our ski outing. It's a short drive to the Breck slopes and also convenient when we branched out to Copper and Keystone. We returned home each day to boot dryers, steam shower, hot tub, gas grill, and multimedia entertainment. The huge three car garage made for easy in and out despite nightly snowfall.
On our Fall trip we enjoyed proximity to area mountain trails, including the fun pathway on the property going past the fire pit and down to the river. We appreciated the easy access to Breck and Frisco restaurants/shopping when we weren’t enjoying the great views, backyard deck with pond and fountain, pool table and huge well-equipped gourmet kitchen.
We are already starting to make plans for 2019.
Swan River Retreat is truly a magical place! The home is amazing and all of the amenities and accommodations are excellent! There are tons of activities nearby, but you can also hangout around the house if you want a lazy day without being bored. The house is just minutes from downtown Breckinridge and has a great view of 10 Mile Range. I would highly recommend staying here and I would definitely love to come back. I can’t wait for my next visit!
Beautiful view, comfortable and spacious accommodations. Everything you could need. Great, secluded fire pit, lovely patio, hot tub and children's play area.

Loved the salsas and rose pork. Wish there was more avocado and tomato, but Iâve never had tlayudas before. Very tasty! Also had a breakfast burrito (no pic) and it was bomb.
Craved a flavorful, tasty and fresh meal after wandering the town. I am lucky to have found Mount Golian Grill. This restaurant is clean, nicely decorated and cozy. The food was phenomenal and the service was great. I can only highly recommend it.
Happy Hour on those gummies is great! This shop has a great selection of quality product. Very knowledgeable staff and sure to find something you'll like. Flower menu is top notch as well, many options.
