I like the Hotel and for the price it is pretty resonable. Never had a complaint about staff however, I have had a few incidents when I felt there should have been more supplies in the rooms. Hint: add a few more towels and face cloths. Create a quality control. Shampoo, soap and conditioner goes a long way when it comes to service. To the management or review person..... Its clear that you have a vested interest in these reviews. Professionaly, your responses to the bad reviews should not be so emotional with the hint of sarcasm attached. You will get bad reviews in any business from guest, disgruntal employees, enemies and competition. The key is to rise above and let the good reviews be your response. You have more good reviews than bad.

im mirah the room i stayed in was ight the beds were comfy but i was too boujie to lay on it so i had to put my own sheet on the bed in oreder to sleep the air conditoner was not working my parents had to call people two times the fridge was not cold the micowave was not working ethier it was the worst do not recomend and also the toliet was clogged two times and was not working much only best time i had was with my family went there three or 4 times last one was last min the last trip i had to this hotel was horrible the frist time was good

I'm giving this hotel 4 stars not because this is not a 4-star hotel, but because for a hotel of it's level it is good and no bed bugs. The rooms are clean and inexpensive. My room had a hot tub shower. I stay here when I come to the area.

Helped me and my friend in a pinch on a roadtrip for my company it was clean and nothing really bad about it thank you again!

I love this place. They just need to upgrade their hot tubs and the hot water runs cold after 20, 30 mins..

I came home to visit from out of town and the room was smelling just like a “weed” factory and cigarettes “ just awful.. then the room was switched I noticed a little things that had me on edge”. I sat on the sofa with my head down for a few seconds and next thing you know im itching all on my neck!!! So I jumped up immediately!!! Long story short!! Bed bugs!!! Was on the sofa and the BED!!! My eye was swollen and my hand” good thing I didn’t lay there that long!! I saw the bed bug !!!!! and put it tissue and went to the office!! A refund was given and she apologized and stated they get checked for that weekly!! Idk!! But my experience there wasn’t good and it will be my last! While doctoring myself up ! Extremely upset!!!!!!😡

Great place to stay near Newark. Staff was outstanding from shuttle bus driver to front desk to housekeeping. Only knock was the temperature controls... very confusing. Woke up to a stifling 86 degree room!

Its been great! The front desk staff are so friendly & helpful. They even called to check on me when my shower set off the smoke alarm. I sleep better knowing that it works. The cleaning ladies are awesome. They do a fantastic job. We are staying here due to Hurricane Ida displacement. Its really like a real home. I sleep on the pull out couch & its as comfortable as a regular bed.
