Wade and his crew are very professional. We are extremely pleased with the job that they did. Everything looks fantastic, the system operates very well, and Wade has answered several of my questions after the install, once even spending an hour with me helping to reconfigure a few things. We did get a cheaper bid from another company but when I asked whether they provided support after install they told me to call the manufacturer. That was enough to tell me that SVC was the better choice.

We have used Wade and his crew for a few of our apartment and condominium projects, and they have been professional and efficient all along the way. The clarity of the images and the ease of retrieving data from the camera systems were very helpful in a number of property management situations. We highly recommend them and will continue to use SVC for future projects.

When we purchased our home in Newcastle, we knew that we wanted a state-of-the-art security system to provide peace of mind when at home and on vacation. We have had bad experiences with DIY wireless systems, which we found to be unreliable. We wanted a hard-wired system that could not be jammed, has internet backup connectivity that would kick in if our home internet service went down, has a power backup, includes remote monitoring, and could be accessed online by us when on vacation. We called SVC Technology, which is based in King County's Eastside. We did so because of the amazing reviews they have received from their customers. Wade, the owner, talked at length with us about our needs and budget. He surveyed the perimeter of our house and proposed a system that includes sensors on all doors and windows, several motion detectors, a siren second to none, and six microphone and siren-equipped cameras. (He also offered to install a Ring doorbell, which was given to us as a house warming gift.) We accepted the offer and his team came back a week later to install the system. The installation took two days because every component is hard-wired. James and Conrad were terrific! James has been doing this kind of work for decades. Conrad is younger, but definitely knows what he is doing. Both are licensed security pros. We were truly impressed. They even took down old sensors that were not operating and had been installed many years ago by previous owners. Wade came back toward the end of the installation process and helped set up the system. He then spent a couple of hours explaining how the system works and how to use the apps for the system and cameras. These people deserve ten stars. They epitomize professionalism and expertise. We could not be happier! Of course, our system costs more than what you would pay for those out-of-the-box DIY systems that crash when your internet or power go down, or get jammed by a skilled burglar. Those are issues we will never have!

Wade and his crew were great to work with from start to finish on my residential security project. I wanted to provide my own equipment but have a contractor handling cable routing and install as I upgraded from a Wi-Fi camera system to Ubiquiti PoE devices for coverage around the exterior of my home. Initial consult went very well, Wade had advice for both maintaining parity with my existing install as well as recommendations for new camera locations. We ended up changing locations of a few cameras and adding one new one to the mix. Scheduling the work took time due to Ubiquiti supply issues for the cameras I wanted, but Wade was flexible here as I kept him up to date. The actual install ended up being exactly on budget and within the existing time frame. Wade's crew was courteous and easy to communicate with, and double-checked any necessary deviations from the plan with me thoroughly before moving forward. The cable fishing was well done and I'm very impressed with how neatly the cables were run. Wade worked with me after the install to fine tune the alignment and coverage of each camera, and even double checked that my PC still had the expected connection speed since we'd changed its Ethernet connection in my office to a different line. Final walk through went down without a hitch - clean install, clean removal of existing equipment, great job all around. Would definitely hire Wade and SVC again for more low voltage work.

Wade and his team are professional, great at communicating, and work through unexpected issues. We had them install a security camera system at one of our apartment buildings and we couldn’t be more happy with the service we received. Really impressed with their ability to work with us over a long planning period and adjusting to our needs. SVC Technology will be our go-to company for security systems in the future.

Wade and his crew came to the rescue! I had a connection issue with a cat5 cable that ran from my house, thru the crawl space and out to a detached garage via an underground conduit. They diagnosed the problem(cable had been chewed thru by varmints) quickly and had a new cat6 cable(made for ground contact) pulled thru in no time. Had a new outlet put thru the wall in the garage as well, very clean install. They were on-time, friendly, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. They came prepared with all the tools and supplies needed to do the job right. They wore masks and had no problem removing shoes every time they needed to enter the living space of the home. And when the job was finished they tested everything and made sure I was satisfied with the work. Even their estimate was accurate and reasonably priced given the amount of work involved. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate calling them again. I wish all companies were this professional.

Wade was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and professional when helping me diagnose an issue with my home Ethernet network. He quickly solved the problem and clearly explained what it was, so that I could fix it in the future. I would highly recommend Wade and SVC for any technology needs.
