PROS:
- big room
- large refrigerator
CONS:
- dirty, outdated rooms
- dirty, smelly carpet
- room smells like mold
- no elevators
- spying by surveillance (see below)
If I could give zero stars I would. We arrived at our hotel room and I instantly saw that it was very old looking and nothing like the photos from their website. There were no elevators and so we had to lug our supplies upstairs through some dirty, smelly hallway carpet. The hallway was very hot but luckily an open window provided some air into the hallway.
We entered the hotel room and was instantly greeted by a phone call from the front desk. The clerk said that we owed $120 because we had 3 children with us.
First, this was the first time any hotel used their surveillance cameras to spy on their customers. Second, their website indicate that kids stay free as long as it’s with the original bedding.
I spoke with the clerk who said it was their policy to charge extra for extra people. I was frustrated because they made no mention of this on their website & they used their surveillance cameras to follow people around.
All in all, I will never stay at this hotel again. I ended paying about $40 extra but was more frustrated with the “big brother” effect, which made me feel as though the hotel was watching my every move. Very creepy!
I would avoid this hotel at all cost. Not worth the hassle and the dirty, outdated rooms.
We often stay here to park and ride because of its proximity to SEATAC (10-15 minutes max. ) and their shuttle service. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and their prices are reasonable.
DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!!! Absolutely the worst hotel on earth. The guy that runs the front desk is not only rude but is a terrible human being. There is no elevator and we had heavy bags to carry up 3 flights of stairs. The shuttle service is a joke-wanted us to wait 40 minutes at the airport for pick up so I had to call an Uber. Air conditioner in the hotel was awful-room was super hot. Horrible, horrible, horrible. This hotel should be shut down-avoid at all costs. You e been warned.
Thank you so much for being helpful and for the best customer service. One thing I would suggest about rooms is more lighting, other than that it was a pleasant stay. Nancy was wonderful when we were checked in and she even was our driver picking us up. I will for sure stay here again when I need a room and ride to Airport.
Convenient to SeaTac with shuttle service to the seaport. Room was just OK. Some deferred maintenance and minor cleanliness issues. Contential breakfast was lacking with a weird automated pancake machine. Facility is showing its age.
Hotel seemed nice, if a bit outdated as far as decor goes. Nice big room with a kitchenette and a sofa in the room. I didn't get to sleep there (only had the room long enough to shower as I got to the hotel late and had an early flight) but what I got to experience was above adequate
One of the saddest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Not one thing seems to have been updated since the 80s, except maybe the toilets.
Uncomfortable bed and cheap bed linens, dirty floors, bare amenities, thin moldy towels, dirty bathtub, the TV didn’t work, I could go on and on. Oh and everything just smells old and moldy.
It’s also obvious this used to be a super 8 and they just added new stickers over the old logo on different items in the rooms. I can’t imagine they don’t have the resources to invest in updating literally anything.
Do not recommend…
Never, never - if you need to spend the night in the car - spend the night in the car, it will be better than in this pigsty. Dirty sheets, parts of food on the sheet, hair. We changed our room, we really wanted to sleep because we left Seattle airport early in the morning. So 2 smoke detectors were triggered in another number, it took 1 hour of time to fix it. We were charged $145 for "this". You can't sleep in such places. And my recommendation, if you stay here, put a clean towel on top of the pillow. Just in case.
I would highly recommend Sleep Inn for an exceptional stay! Such a standout choice!
From the moment we landed at the airport, our experience at Sleep Inn SeaTac was nothing short of extraordinary.
The breakfast, particularly the waffles, exceeded exp
Had a layover in Seattle on our way to Asia. The rooms were standard and clean. Nothing fancy but the hotel staff was great!! Friendly, warm and attentive. There are also some choices for food that is walking distance. I am very partial to Marriott
While leaving our airport hotel and starting our PNW road trip we typed in âcoffeeâ. We wanted something different than Starbucks and this popped up and had good reviews. Glad we went! Itâs in the middle of business district. But It was delicio

At the end of August, my husband and I got married at the gardens and it was an incredibly easy process. We reserved the venue back in February, had good communication with the event coordinators, and they were very helpful and accommodating. The gar

I get food here every time I have to pick someone up from the airport. This was my first time actually eating in the restaurant. The staff is super friendly and the portions are always large and filling, and of course tasty! I always get the chicken
