Sutro Motel - Motel in Reno - 1200 E 4th St, USA

I'm giving this little Motel a 4 for a couple reasons. First reason is, the lady that owns(?)/manages it, is super nice. She is nice, and pleasant to talk to. She will always answer your questions, or help you out as best she can. The second reason I'm giving it a 4, is because even though it's in the sketchy part of downtown, the little Motel is a historic landmark of sorts. It has these well done murals on the sides of both buildings, that represent Reno's History. Very nicely done, and accurate artwork. Now the rooms are small and dated, but are as clean as one can make them. If you are looking for simplicity at it's finest, then the Sutro Inn is for you....

It's an hotel that was a place for tourists that camr to the Reno area for gambling. It is now a weekly hotel. Didn't see any of the rooms, just the managers apartment. It's a good place to live if you want to rent old rooms that are mini apartments.

I hated that place they said are rent would never move up they moved it up twice since we left now we're on the streets in Tucson Az. Don't ever move there.but know where back in Santa Cruz CA and I'm loving it had a son and are daughter here God bless them and blessings to all happy holidays.dont move to Reno

This property is trash. Trash lives there and it is located next to waste management. Now picture the smell go ahead call and see if u can live in trash next to trash. Bed bugs even the managers apartment has them.

Clean, nice management, and easy to work with just about anything; if no construction I'd give it a 5..... For my needs its perfect!!

Good place!!! No problems? Living here for a while? Manager is awesome!! All good!!!

The front desk lady will rip you off if she don't know . Never go here .

What a dive! This place is central downtown next to everything you could need is just a skip and a jump away
