Sushi Kola - Japanese restaurant in Fredericksburg - 1811 Carl D Silver Pkwy, USA

I'll be very honest. I've been to sushi king in Richmond so I thought this was closer and should be the same. Wrong idea. It's a few bucks more and not satisfying at all. The sushi rolls were dry and not tasty. The crab rangoon was soggy. The steak, chicken and shrimp hibachi were not fresh tasting and the dessert "cheese cake" was not good. I'd rather take the 1hr drive to Richmond. Sorry but just being honest. Save your money if you wanted a good eat. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Visited 8/5/23 the price changes at least twice a year. Dinner is now $22.99 We were seated immediately. Our server was Thomas. Customer service was great. Dessert is included. Either a fake cheesecake that tastes like cake. Three types of ice cream either chocolate, strawberry, or vanilla. Our first time there. Wasn't too sure about the place because the name keeps changing. Happy overall. Probably visit once a year. Buffets are getting too expensive.

For the price, it's seriously hard to beat. We usually bring ~20 people for family gatherings and it's yet to be a problem. All that said, my only gripe is that they definitely show up less frequently after a few orders but still good service overall. Check it out!

Great dinner stop. Sushi was good and all came out quickly. Service was friendly and attentive. Definitely live up to the all you can eat, and a large selection to choose from.

This place seems to be very popular. Food-they make quantity over quality in my opinion. It's still good food but due to the rush of needing to pump out the volume to keep up with demand some things come out just okay vs great. Still worth the price though. 100% a good deal. Service---they don't rush you, but due to the high volume some service seem like they're running on fumes at times. Everyone is polite and courteous though. Atmosphere---purely a personal opinion, but due to popularity lots of people talking can be overwhelming. Very approachable and affordable, so one family had children who would repeatedly beat chop sticks off the table throughout their time there. However, the decor and seating was appropriate for the venue.

The food was amazing and our server was very nice and quick considering the fact we had 11 people😅

Amazing place. The fact it's all-you-can-eat makes it even better. Definitely worth every penny. You can try so much without paying any extra. 😀🍣 I tried the Eel roll, King roll & Christmas roll. I also got some steak, chicken, & shrimp hibachi with fried rice. Everything was delicious & made fresh. 😋

Great spot - come hungry!!! Had lunch here with a group of eight. The staff were super friendly and attentive. The sushi came out really quickly, and overall an awesome experience.
