I use to come to this hidden gem regularly back in 1999 when i worked close by. Came back now & impressed how it has kept the freshness & quality of original sushi making. The Uni is beyond words & the Monkfish Liver a must try for all sushi lovers. Chef offered a taste of scallop with conch that just melted in my mouth cant wait to see it in the menu. This is a hidden treasure Sushi restaurant in Miami, near to Coral Gables. The chef is a renowned Japanese individual who came from Venezuela where he had the best Japanese restaurant in Caracas.(Avila Tei) The service is second to none. We started ordering hot Sake to start and the jumped into the main meals by having a Dragon roll and a shrimp tempura roll. For nagiri we order fat tuna and ikura with quail egg on top. Food was amazing and the best part is the price. We will come back more more.
Our waitress will always make us wanna go back. It was our first time there and she was amazing. We are happy we found a good sushi place by the house. Especially because of the very warm service.

I have been a client for the last 20 years. My son grew up eating here. And for his 18th birthday, we decided to celebrate it here. We already had incredibly high expectations, both with the service and with the food. They somehow exceeded our expectations. From the beautiful and amazing quality food to the family-like service, sushi chef is one of, in not THE best place to have sushi in Miami. 15/10 would eat there every day!!!
Amazing Japanese restaurant, best in Miami. Owner and chef Fusao Enomoto gives you the best sushi in town, the service is excellent and the food is very fresh and delicious.
Best sushi food, let the chef give you his best. Fish pate and great caviar (I’m not a caviar fan but loved this one) and everything was great. The soups and dumplings are also great. Don’t let the outside appearance full you. Hidden gem.
