Q in the Dyersville store (as well as everyone over the phone) was an absolute life saver. I was having problems after getting my phone wet, Q was able to recover all my data and important contacts. They really genuinely care about their customers and they WANT to help you. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Surgit did a fine job replacing the Screen on my I-Pad 9. Had it ready in a couple days and were very professional. Great Service. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is I thought price might have been a little high. I was in the range of a refurbished Ipad. It was explained up front and I could have declined so really that is on me. I should have researched pricing for refurbished before I went in. Overall still was good experience.

Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. took care of my issue right away. parts were in when they said they would be and he fixed my phone in less then an hour.

Quentyn did a nice job fixing the screen. It took a bit longer due to the holiday delaying the receipt of the necessary parts to fix the screen.

5/5 for always having a dog there 5/5 for not charging me for the “repair” 0/5 for telling me my laptop is broken and should be thrown away. He then tried to sell me a $350 laptop. I took it home. I did one google search and reset the laptop. It’s working perfectly fine now and isn’t as he said “kaput”
