Surfside Suites - Hotel in Cocoa Beach - 176 S Atlantic Ave, USA

I booked my stay with the promised rate of $355.55 including all taxes and fees but the owner refused to honor that agreement. She charged me $402.10. When presented with the dispute, her comment was “Because you book with bookings it is there charge sorry nothing I can do with that next time go right to my website and it will be cheaper and easier see you soon”. This is very poor customer care and service. Being a small business owner myself, I would have definitely honored the price originally quoted. Very disappointing. I brought the matter up with the booking company and again the owner refused to honor the booking price stating “I did talk to her it is your bookings commission that i charged.” Then fees included should not be stated. Dishonest lies.

Theresa and her staff are all amazing!! Theresa knew we’d be driving a long drive and would get there late so she left a light on for us. She also provided extra toys for my kiddos so they would have something to do when we weren’t out and about. It’s the little things that make such a huge difference! The place is clean and they have all kinds of outdoor areas and beach necessities just for their guests! The beach is right across the street and it’s beautiful. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. We loved it here! Couldn’t recommend Surfside Suites more!

If I could give them more stars, I would! Absolutely amazing accommodations by the nicest people! We had our wedding on the beach, right across the street, and Surfside Suites couldn’t have been a better location. They even let us have a brunch in the gazebo area right after. Highly recommend and will definitely stay there again next time we’re in Cocoa Beach!

I'm a little embarrassed to say but I accidentally booked this stay at Surfside Suites. I had my eyes set on another (beachfront) hotel in the area, but their names were similar. I was really disappointed that we were not going to be beachfront for our weekend getaway, but their policy was very clear that I could not cancel after the 72hr point. So we set out Friday evening dreading what we were stuck with. Upon arrival at 10:30pm and after a short time looking at our room it was clear that this was where we were meant to be. Even though we were not beachfront the room was absolutely adorable, very clean and in a perfect location. The lady I called to inform them of a late check in was probably hands down the friendliest person we've met while being in the state for the past two years. Surfside is definitely a hidden treasure with an old-school feel and unparalleled hospitality. This will be our go-to whenever we're in the Cocoa Beach area. P.S. we drove by the place I meant to book, and I'm glad Surfside chose us..

We are staying here for 10 days and it is the best decision we could have made. The people are incredible and so sweet. I am pregnant and had an emergency come up and my husband asked around for a ride to the hospital. First person he asked hopped on it. Amazing family run hotel, I will be recommending to every person coming to the area.

I along with my girlfriend have stayed here multiple times in the past 2yrs. We are local to Orlando and to be able to go over to the coast on the beach at a more than reasonable cost is great. Very comfortable room always clean away from huge crowds but close enough to walk or drive a short distance for food, drinks, shops. We go kayaking in the summer for the bioluminescence. And we'll go a couple of other weekends during the year I wouldn't stay anywhere else. I've always had good communication with the owner via email, phone, and we've talked in person. We rented a 2 bed 2 bath unit for me my daughter and grandkids ;-). The owner and property manager were so nice! They provide plenty of beach toys, chairs and coolers for the guests to use. The air conditioning was a bit weak but they let us borrow some fans. We all had a memorable experience! Very cozy rooms. Great layout. We will be back! ;-)

Booked a birthday weekend for two after family vacation. Amy greeted us and welcomed us in like family, provided superb recommendations and service. The beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels were a must as we hadn't packed for a beach trip. The property is very nicely kept with all kinds of nooks and crannies to relax in. The room was very clean, well stocked super comfortable and absolutely charming. We walked everywhere we went only have to cross the street for immediate beach access. We plan to make this a new vacation spot and will definitely stay here again. Whether you're looking for a family vacation or a couples get away this is the spot to be for a great price and accessibility to the charm and night life of Coco beach
