Enjoyed the cheeseburger combo, my wife had the devil crab combo. The burger was cooked correctly, good flavor, good meat. The devil crabs were nice as well no deep freezer burn taste. French fries were made fresh not held under heat lamp. The sweet tea was fresh brewed. Only reason for 4 star on service was the table we sat at had a sticky issue as if the server had mistakenly over looked it. The rest of the restaurant was very clean. Personality of staff was pleasant and friendly.

Good. Different but good. Had the shrimp burger. Wasn’t really a shrimp burger was just shrimp on a bun. Order came out really FAST. But a shrimp burger with lettuce tomato onion coleslaw and chili???? Chill on seafood. And the lettuce and coleslaw is interesting. But we enjoyed everything. People where nice.

Locals were right, the food here is amazing! The shrimp was fresh fried and HOT!

1st time visit. Came for lunch after being at beach visiting.. You pay up front at counter then seat your self. We ordered 3 seafood platters for lunch. Shrimp did have very strong chlorine taste. Flounder was very salty( over seasoned) and very mushy and oily! Fries were frozen crinkle fries, a little mushy not crispy. Hush puppies were a BIG disappointment. Very over done in the fryer! I bit into one and couldn't even chew it, (it was like a plastic chew ball toy). We were never checked on by anyone the entire time so I didn't say anything. Overall, food Portion was large though. Ranch is good. For $60 bucks for 3 people, I just expected better.

Love flounder. Best around! Hush puppies and fries are always crispy. Don’t care for slaw. Too hot from maybe pepper. THIS IS OUR PREFERENCE ONLY. They gladly substitute fries, puppies, okra etc instead. We are new to area. Owner and staff are so nice. They already know us by name. When our daughter visits from Raleigh, this is her pick to eat! Small hole in the wall in Food Lion strip mall. Better than any large restaurant.

My family ordered from here in 2022 and was pleased with the quality and quantity. Feb. 3rd 2023 we ordered again and they have gone down hill Big time. The 2 $8.00 Cheese Steak Subs we ordered were very tiny (about 50%) the size they were in 2022. The sub bun was an oversized hotdog bun and hardly any cheese steak inside. The $3.75 cheese fries were soggy and gross. The service at pick up was horrible, I stood there in front of the cash register to pick up my order for 5 minutes while employees were checking the cooler etc. behind the counter. I had to speak out loud before they took my name and my order was sitting on a rack right there the whole time. If you want good food and service I highly recommend you dine in or out else where. I've eaten at this place a few times over the last 4 or 5 years and it is consistently good. You get your food fast, it's hot, and conveniently located for a and decently priced meal. I was so happy to see it survived the pandemic. The fried okra is my favorite!

Awesome food and customer service with a smile! We ordered bacon cheeseburger combos, daily special of homemade vegetable beef soup with a grilled cheese sandwich. Banana pudding and brownies for dessert. Will definitely eat there again!
