Great location, however... The room that my family and I received was horrible. There was rust on the vents, personal items under the beds and closet, rust on the stove and hole in the tub! Also, the front door was almost off of the henge. The manager at the time told us that it wasn't like that when she checked prior to our arrival, as if to say it was our fault. After inspecting the room further and finding the things previously mentioned, she changed her story saying that the damage was caused by vandalism during the blackouts a few days prior. We were offered another room which was worse and looked unkept. My family and I have stayed here every year for our summer vacation. We have noticed that since the Lockdown in 2021 when we visited the next summer the place was getting progressively more unimpressive, but this was by far the worst. We will never return to this place. The location is great but for that price there are better places not too far from the beach and the broad walk.

We had a wonderful time in North Wildwood! We stayed at Surf Song Beach Resorts. Let me say they are CLEAN! Nikki and Natasha make an awesome team they took very good care of us during our stay! The front desk was nice and made checkin & out a breeze🤗! Can't wait for our next family trip to the shore!

My poor review is not about the condo, I have been renting there for the last 7 years. However, in Feb 2023 i called and made two reservations (one in June & One in Aug), I just happened to call down there on June 15th, only to find out they canceled both my reservations. The person I spoke with on the phone kept saying they called over and over, and sent emails. The phone records show ZERO phone calls since February reservation and the emails have nothing in the Body of the email about cancelation. it just keeps attaching the same Invoice they sent in February. When I found this out just on June 15th, the defensive Property manager actually hung up on me., she did not try and find me an alternative, we never got to the point where I needed Labor Day weekend reservations. She not only canceled my reservations, she made it so that a repeat loyal customer is not able to rent there again. She made it about herself. Again, I have nothing against the Condo and would rent there again if they fire the Property manager. I'm stuck with two canceled vacations and NEVER notified it was canceled. There has to be accountability for that whether it is self imposed or through a legal action. This causes great pain to my family to have its vacation memories canceled. I asked her for the contact information of the Board (her bosses) and never got a reply.

I had been going there 7 years, however, I reserved in Feb 2023 for this Summer, however, the Property manager canceled my two reservations, and I there is Not one phone call or email stating that your reservation was canceled. Leaving me in June to try and find another place. And they not only did they not apologize and try and help me with alternative, she hung up on me.

We had booked 6 rooms for a bachelorette party. The check in staff was pleasant and very accommodating, especially since we had people checking in at different times. Met 2 board members while hanging on the upper deck one night (Ron & John, and their friend Wolfe!) They were super fun and wished us a great stay. Kudos to you all, you made a crazy weekend easy and accommodating. Only complaint-these are usually private owner rentals. Our room’s floor and carpet were absolutely filthy, as in black feet after a few minutes. Bathroom floor and woodwork was dirty too. (I always wear slides-my roomies has to wash their feet before bed! That’s unacceptable given the cost.) That’s my only complaint-either our owners didn’t pay for housekeeping between rentals or there was another issue. Who knows. But I would recommend it again.

Hotel was amazing. Room was amazing. Perfect location with ocean view. Lynn was amazing. All around perfect vacation well worth the price. Will definitely stay here again.

We love the Surf Song!!! Great office and maintenance staff! Everyone is friendly. Building itself and pools look wonderful. The heat in the pool actually works! The unit was clean and updated. We loved spending time on the sundeck and grilling! Definitely will be back!

This was the first time we stayed here. The staff (front office, maintenance, housekeeping, etc.) were professional, courteous, friendly, and accommodating. Everything was extremely clean… the property, condo unit, pools, elevators, grill areas, decks and reception area was very well maintained and cared for/cleaned on a daily basis. Very family oriented, and the unit owners that we interacted with were extremely nice. Close to the boards and beach, and are a tram car ride away from the hot spots on the boards. My family and I enjoyed it so much, we will be returning next year, and the years to come. Special thanks to Dee and Jim.
