Cute rooms, excellent location, great price, friendly staff. Excellent parking. Suggestions for rooms: add bedside lamps, improve bathroom vent, remove rain shower and replace with standard shower head, increase water flow pressure, improve water heater. (Slow to warm up, plus wild temperature fluctuations during shower).

Be Warned: NO ELEVATOR. There are 3 floors but rooms are only on the 2nd & 3rd floor. The view from my 3rd floor room was very nice. Good location. Rooms are neat and clean. Room amenities have everything you need and more than a lot of hotels. Nice place for the price at this location and if you pack light and don’t mind a lot of stairs.

Wonderful little place to stay! The staff was so kind, rooms were clean and comfortable, and you can’t beat the location! Traveling with 2 young children, we felt safe and close to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely stay here again!

We chose this hotel because of it's location and price and neither disappointed. The rooms are super clean and charming with beach/surf themes. Each room has a microwave, small refrigerator and cable TV. The beds are very comfortable as are the linens and towels. The staff is extremely helpful and very nice people. We were on the second floor and there is no elevator, which was not an issue for us but something to note. We will definitely stay here again.

Very clean hotel with large rooms and great views. Very friendly service. Also had comfortable beds with up to date appliances that all work well. The art in the room was a nice touch. Very short walk to the beach. If I'm coming back to this area I will always stay here!!

Great location. Great view and good clean room.. stairs are pretty tiring but it's not too bad.

Great location. Beach is just across the street, and there are plenty of choices for food. The marina was and wildlife refuge were behind us. The rooms were recently renovated and minimally furnished but very clean & nicely done. Coffee in the room, hair dryers, and a rain shower head. Management was pleasant and attentive. The only downside is that it's located on PCH, and the traffic was loud with the windows open (which we enjoy) once closed the noise was greatly minimized though. The beds are firm but not uncomfortable. We definitely recommend.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Yelled at my disabled veteran wife and told her to be quiet and wait. No direction on where our room was. No ocean view. On top of all that they require a 250 deposit plus an additional 150 for possible cleaning fee. We would have left but we were told it was non refundable.
