I had the pleasure of being assisted by a lady cab dispatcher recently, and her service was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I called for a cab, she displayed a high level of professionalism, promptly answering my call and efficiently dispatching a cab to my location. Her friendly demeanor and clear communication made the entire experience stress-free. Her dedication to ensuring my safety and comfort throughout the ride was truly impressive. I would highly recommend her services to anyone in need of reliable and courteous cab dispatching.

I have never had any problems with this can service. So I don't know why there's so many negative ratings. When my car was getting a replacement engine and the mechanic told me that it would be in the shop for at least 3 to 4 days, I used the service to get to work in the morning. I'm a teacher in the Bronx and I live on Long Island. The commute normally for me is an hour in the morning so without a car it's tough. Every time I call at 5:00 a.m. there's always a cab available, clean, prompt, and with a very friendly driver with reasonable prices. I'm fact, I'm in one of their cars now at 5 am on my way to the subway. Thanks to Keith, best dispatcher in the Galaxy! You ALWAYS come through! Take care, kids!

I wouldn't recommend anyone to this car service company! My spouse, our children, and I went for a round trip to Green acres mall and was left stranded with some groceries. I tried calling the driver multiple times and the base as well. Nobody answered. I was forced to find another cab company to bring us back home. Luckily the new cab company had way better service. He assisted us with our groceries, brought us to our destination much faster, and had a better price deal. Don't take this company unless you're planning on getting somewhere late.

I love using this car service on a day when there's bad weather or I have too many things to carry, even when I have My dog with me. When I get off the A train at Mott Ave their right across the street. They only charge me $5 from there to my house. Awesome service.

I called a cab service the fee was $15 which I didn’t mind but I wasn’t told he would be picking up more passengers. If I wanted a dollar van I would of found one the point of a cab is for privacy I will never call these ppl again

Terrible first experience. I get in the car and the driver goes drives up a few blocks and then says “money up front” I asked him to repeat himself and he says “money up front” so I pay him without a problem and explain that I’m in a rush to get to work because I’m late, and he proceeds to pick up another customer and drop them off first. Never asked me if I’d be okay with it or anything just accepts another ride as if I didn’t just tell him I’m running late. Then on top of that couldn’t even remember what my destination was. The gpa would tell him to make a left and he would drive straight, every 5 minutes or so I would hear the gpa recalculating the route because the driver wasn’t following. So now instead of being 10-15 minutes late for work I arrived an hour late.

So unprofessional and unreliable. Will never recommend or use them again. My ride came and sat outside my home for a few minutes, even though I was waiting, I asked them to call when he is outside Driver called me, By the time I got outside to wait, he had left. Had no idea he was there. And when I called, i was told he called the wrong number and left. So I never got the call. Said they will find someone else for me in two minutes, by the guy who called me *mammy* each time I spoke to him. I guessed he could not. For I called back 8 times two minutes later and he must have been seeing my number and never answered me. I called an uber after waiting 20 minutes to see if they will send someone, but they never did,, nor had they called me back.. So instead to getting to the airport at 8 30 p.m I got there at 9 p.m. All this happened last night. Worst car service everrrr.

Excellent Customer Service. From the call for service to the pickup. I was told 15 mins and so it was. Very professional and courteous driver. Another car service was recommended, they told me 25 mins, after 45 mins of waiting I went to Google and found Surf Car. It was a pleasure riding with them. 💯💯💯💯💯🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.
