Positive: The staff were pleasant and professional. The Spanish style concrete building was amazing. I think it helps keep noise down. Nice pool view with palm trees. The room looks much better than many across the country. Many stores and restaurants close by. Negative: ""

Positive: I love the outside decor and overrall aesthetic. The rooms are always clean. Negative: Well, not all the refrigerators have a freezer, no big deal but it would be nice.

Room was clean. Check in was easy. Our medical requests were honored. Very comfortable stay for a reasonable price. Only downfall came at checkout. The desk agent was not present. Some one yelled hello from the breakfast area. I walked over to the voice and 2 employees were in there. One asked what do you need? I said I was checking out. She said just put the keys on the desk. No "how was your stay" or "thank you for staying" not even a smile. We will be staying again but do hope we do not have to deal with the person again.

Positive: I always enjoy the atmosphere around this place. It¿s well lit at night and feels safe. Negative: My room smelled like wet dog for days and eventually I even noticed dog hair on the bed cover. I¿m a cat person for obvious reasons. But it was a nice experience otherwise. Negative: ""

Megan at the front desk was very friendly and patient with me during our check-in. Our room is pet friendly, very clean spacious with a balcony. The beds are comfy and the area is close to lots of shopping and restaurants.

This SureStay turned out to be the cream of the crop when it comes to Best Western's. My pillows were fluffed, sheets were fresh, and more importantly it had a welcoming feel to it. The staff was more than happy to answer my questions and make sure I was accommodated accordingly. Thank you for such a relaxing stay!
