SureStay Plus by Best Western SeaTac Airport - Hotel in SeaTac - 19260 28th Ave S, USA

We stayed here with friends that chose this hotel. The positives-our room was very clean and comfortable and it was relatively quiet considering it is next to the light rail and airport. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Jasmine and Lou. The cons - we were here for 3 nights. If you need housekeeping support you have to ask for it. Only two towels - one each. Coffee replenishment has to be requested. Parking in front of the hotel is minimal. If it's full you must go to the gated lot behind the hotel. Elevator is still having issues. It is very difficult to find the hotel; it is accessed through the Comfort Inn driveway. It's definitely a budget hotel. While nice there's certainly no frills.

We stayed here after a late night flight before heading to the cruise port in the morning. It’s just a place to sleep. The staff was very friendly. We interacted with the man at the front desk at check in and a woman in the kitchen at breakfast, both very nice and attentive. The room is nothing special, it’s clean and a decent place to sleep. The hotel itself is pretty rundown and needs a lot of maintenance/paint work. The breakfast is not great. We saw the waffles hyped up a lot in the reviews but we aren’t sure why because they were pretty mushy and uncooked. And the rest of the breakfast is just ok. If you’re used to staying at Marriott or Hilton, just pay the little bit extra to stay there. If you’re just looking for a place to close your eyes and leave the next morning, then this is fine.

The room was beautiful and clean and the staff was very accommodating. The sofa bed didn't fold back up, I guess it was broken, but that was the only issue and they were aware of it. It was still a great room and clean hotel. Breakfast offered several GF options and the woman managing it was very quick to refill anything that was low. Only issue was parking was very tight, but they had additional parking behind the hotel that required a clicker to get into so your car would be secure. Would recommend and stay again. Very happy with the last minute reservation :)

***CAREFUL BOOKING HERE*** We stayed here the night before our flight and our car got broken into. We saw at least 1 other car get broken into. We parked right in front and still got our back window smashed. Looking at other reviews the hotel claims they have signs warning people to not leave valuables in their car. I didn’t even see 1 sign. According to the reviews this has happened to others who have stayed here before. If the hotel knows of the frequency of break-ins they should really warn their guests. I would not recommend at all.

Softer pillows and bed. The price was great. The staff was overall pretty good. The young guy in the morning wasn’t to helpful. The lady at night was pretty helpful with her recommendation. Not far from restaurants. We didn’t have a car so we walked. Maybe 8 minutes to restaurant. Close to the link train.about a 20 minute walk.

The young woman with frizzy/curly hair (can’t remember her name) who checked us in and took care of storing our luggage until our rooms were ready did a fantastic job and was very helpful and friendly, always with a smile! She was great and should be commended for that! For me and my family, our stay there was a great experience right from the start. Lou, the manager, was also courteous, friendly, helpful and professional. Thanks for a great night!

I have stayed here before. The beds are super comfortable, the room is clean and attractive, and the location is close to everywhere I need to be when I stay. Breakfast has lots of healthy options besides the usual fare of waffles and pastries. Friendly staff too. The second time I stayed longer, 5 days. I was annoyed that I could not get housekeeping to clean the room mid-stay. Also, they accidentally gave someone else our room. Really glad we had the deadbolts on as they could not actually get into our room. The front desk said that the family misread the room number, but that was not true. Their keys worked. And ours no longer did. I also saw the number written on their key envelope. All that said, the front desk apologized profusely right away. Everything got fixed right away. Still a quiet place to stay, comfortable and convenient. I will return.

The beautiful room exceeded my expectations!! Front desk staff very nice, professional and polite. I would stay here again. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and the bed and bedding was so comfortable..slept like a baby. Entire hotel was spotless.
