SureStay Plus by Best Western Rexburg - Hotel in Rexburg - 885 W Main St, USA

Our stay at the Sure Stay Plus by Best Western in Rexburg ID was a lovely experience. Lilly at the front desk was wonderful! We only stayed 1 night, but wished we could have stayed longer.|The hotel, itself was lovely & clean. Our rooms were Very clean & comfortable. After a long day of travel, we enjoyed relaxing in the pool & hot tub. We loved our stay!

We recently stayed at the SureStay Hotel in Rexburg, Idaho, and had a fairly average experience. The hotel is conveniently located off the highway, which made it easy for us to explore the area and get to our destinations quickly. The room itself was clean and had all the basic amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was reasonably comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was good. The hotel is dog-friendly, which was a big plus for us. However, the cost was on the expensive side for what we received. After the $30 pet fee, our total for one night came to over $190, which felt a bit steep for an average hotel stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. Check-in was smooth and they were quick to address any questions we had. Overall, the SureStay Hotel is a decent option if you’re looking for a place to stay in Rexburg and are traveling with a pet. It’s not particularly fancy and it is expensive for what you receive, but it gets the job done for a short visit.

We have family in the area and have stayed here 3 times in the last 2 years. We've also stayed at two "name brand" hotels nearby so we have a good basis for comparison. The rooms at the Best Western are little smaller, however, the price is lower and the customer service is much BETTER. The breakfast is very nice. It includes all the basics. The property was recently updated so everything feels brand new. No work out room, but a great indoor pool and spa. Plus the location near major highways can't be beat. We always stay for several nights and never fail to get a good night's sleep. We will be back.

Ok, let me start by saying the service was amazing .are room was clean beds we good breakfast was very good. Price for rooms amazing. Very nice pool and hot tub. Plus, there is a place to eat right next door that had everything you needed. My stay here was 💯 we be coming back here. A big thanks to the staff for making this place feel like home.

With the name Best Western, I was expecting much better. It's like a cheap knockoff wanna be and cost more than the real deal.||Breakfast was a joke. Machines broken, choices very limited. No fresh fruit. It was like they didn't care, no special effort.||The rooms were clean but the toilet, tub area was so small and tight. The toilet so low to the ground.

Quiet room even though it was right by the indoor pool! The bed was really firm, and we had a hard time sleeping for that. But the quiet room made up for it. The breakfast was good, as expected. They had 2 waffle makers and a pancake maker which made it faster. We forgot our toothbrushes and they provided some for us at no extra charge.

Going to visit daughter and didn’t get as far as we normally do, so decided to stay here. First thing I saw was a bug on the floor. Okay. Not that big of deal, until the next morning when my husband was getting out of bed and there was a bug crawling on the bed by him! OMG! Disgusting. Also, it was noisy from hallway, walking from room above us (sounded like pounding when there was walking), doors slamming, bed was not very comfortable, etc. Management was not responsive to issues whatsoever and didn’t even seem to even care. Regarding the bugs: (showed pictures and took the bugs as proof), the response (from manager herself) was “your room is next to the outside exit so it is expected that some bugs get in”. What?!? So, you are telling us you are fine with bugs in the room and on the beds!!! Yup. Okay. We go through the town quite often to visit our daughter. Will NEVER stay at that motel again in any of its locations. In fact won’t stay or stop at that town again.

We were surprised that there aren’t elevators in this hotel. That’s important to note for those who may need one. The beds were comfy. The breakfast was out of nearly everything- no milk, juice, syrup, yogurt, eggs, sausage. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone to stay.
