SureStay Plus by Best Western Niagara Falls East - Hotel in Niagara Falls - 9100 Niagara Fls Blvd, USA

Everyone was friendly and helpful. We chose to stay there because we are traveling with dogs. My dogs like everyone and everyone was nice to them, too. It was more economical than the motels in the same area. The breakfast was varied and much better than the Danish and coffee at many places.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I was a little worried after reading reviews stating the rooms are small. I was thrilled to find upon check in, the rooms are spacious and renovated. The staff are incredibly friendly, the rooms are clean and our dog loved walking around the well lite yard. If you ate considering booking this hotel and see my review-i can easily recommend this property! You will not be disappointed!

We had a good stay. Not the best looking but it was affordable and close to Niagara Falls. My Room was clean. Good breakfast and good size parking lot. Plus, it was dog friendly! The area has close by restaurants.

My family stayed at this hotel to spend the day doing attractions in Niagara falls after traveling over 2,000 miles. This hotel claims they're ""pet friendly ", but you can't leave your dogs unattended even if you bring kennels. So my family was unable to do all the attractions we planned due to this. We stay at hotels very frequently and we have never had an issue with our dogs being kenneled. So if you have a dog and plan to enjoy yourself I would not recommend this hotel. Secondly, two days in a row the spoons were filthy (had hair or black streaks on them). Also, my daughter went to drink their apple juice and it had bugs in it. Out of all the hotel stays we do yearly we have NEVER found bugs in our drinks nor food. The bedrooms could be cleaned better as well. The toilets base has nastiness all around it, refrigerator and microwave were filthy, and the AC barely worked. We will not use this hotel again after our experience. Plus our last night the people next to us slammed their doors so loud it sounded as if our door was punched and both nights the people were VERY loud late at night.I will at minimum say that the staff were friendly, but that was the only thing good about staying there. I would share pictures of the bugs in the apple juice (took pictures and videos), but I don't have the option to.

Great place. Near a lot of services. Close to the main attractions. Friendly staff, always looking forward to give the best to the guest. Nice breakfast. Comfortable and spacious rooms. I will stay there again.

Very clean rooms. Very friendly owners went out of the way to make us feel welcome. Very nice breakfast! Location was about 12 minutes to the Falls. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff were extremely personable and accommodating. Our room had been updated (shower and bath tub needed a fresh look though, along with shower curtain) and was clean. Dining area clean and well attended to. Dog walking area waste disposal can was overflowing, though!

This is priced perfectly. The building is older, however, clean! Rooms just a touch on the smaller size, couldn't reach closet without getting on the bed (though a very thin person or child could). We didn't have breakfast, my husband said I "wouldn't like it." However, when we were leaving, the area was closed with one man remaining exclaiming to the female cleaning "wonderful breakfast!" So I really do not know though I have stayed here twice. The staff goes to great lengths to make you feel welcomed, and it is a PET FRIENDLY hotel which is so very appreciated! More importantly (to me) we traveled with 2 dogs, sadly our 15 year old Chihuahua passed away enroute to the hotel when we arrived in Buffalo. Needless to say, I was distraught up on check-in. They were very kind & sympathetic and did not charge us for our second (now only) per. The grounds are clean and a great location to restaurants and Niagra Falls.
