Overall a comfortable stay. The staff were all extremely friendly and accommodating. My first room had a heavy smell of smoke, and they very quickly changed me to another room with no fuss. Rooms were VERY spacious and beds very comfortable. Everything felt very clean. The breakfast was just okay, it would have been nice to have a little more variety like cereal or yogurt but it was still nice. I also felt like there were not many towels in the room, although I am sure I could have asked for more easily. This hotel is pet friendly which is also a must for me traveling with my dog. Overall a safe, comfortable stay for a good price.

One of the better values in Hammond. I have now stayed there several times over the past year and this is what I find. The rooms aren't the greatest there is but the room is large and updated. The TV and refrigerator always work. Rooms are always clean. Beds are comfortable. The breakfast is decent when we get up early enough to catch it. There are better hotels in the area but they cost significantly more. For my money this hotel has everything I need.

The suite was large with plenty of room for office work, bathroom was spacious and the bed was comfy. The price is perfect. Taco Bell and Chick-fil-a are within walking distance. Try the breakfast. They have a pool too. I enjoyed my stay. Go there, now!

The rooms are exceptionally clean and smell very fresh. The bathroom was updated and fresh. The towels were very fluffy. The bed was very comfortable comfortable. The pillows were perfect. The pool is not as large as it looks on the website but still a very nice, clean pool. The atmosphere was very peaceful and quiet. The front desk staff and housekeeping do a fantastic job. My only regret is that I overslept in the nice comfy bed and missed breakfast. I slept so sound. I highly recommend.

We needed a place to stay on our way to New Orleans and found this hotel. We were skeptical at first, but had a great stay! When we arrived, there were no cars in the parking lot and no sign on the hotel so needless to say, we were slightly worried. The desk clerk was friendly, room was clean, and bed was comfy. The lobby looked remodeled and possibly room as well. Another perk was the cheap stay compared to other hotels in the area. Overall, great stay and price!

Unsafe location. Terrible/sloppy remodeling… ex. White microwave painted black with paint peeling off. Old worn tubs. Laminate flooring warped. Odor in room. After checking in realizing the this is not where we needed to spend our week with a group of baseball kids playing in the World Series after driving 14 hours. They would not refund us. We left and paid for another hotel.

I stayed here for three nights because all other hotels in the area had bedbugs in their reviews. I did not see a single bug, and the breakfast was pretty good for a hotel. The AC worked and I had hot water

Very clean rooms. Comfy bed and room was not small. Will stay here again if I'm in the area. Staff was friendly and helpful
