Excellent experience for 5 nights. Very quiet room, front desk very responsive, comfortable beds, pool was very enjoyable to do water exercises. Gym equipment wasn't fully functional. There are no elevators. Eggs and sausage didn't taste good. We didn't eat anymore breakfasts there, so everything else was very satisfactory.

1 Star because I can't give it 0 Stars. Room 127 is a bad layout and although this room in an accessable room I can assume the rest of the rooms are similar. The room was cramped, uncomfortable, and had little to no space or storage. The bed and pillows were sub standard even for a low budget hotel. The TV lineup was dismal, luckily we were busy in and around town for 3 busy fun filled days so we didn't stay in the room much. The room was humid, stinky and left our luggage & clothes damp and smelly when we left. The AC was damp and I asked the morning staff to check and fix it but nothing changed during our 3 night stay. The room apparently has been this way for a while judging by the smell. Even the fresh towels in the bathroom were damp touch the rich upon our arrival. The exercise room had a stank that hits you when you walk in and was being used as an employee/family toddler and dining room when I went in. Read the other 1 Star reviews before staying here, I wish I'd moved on to another hotel.

The check in staff was great! We were in town for a softball tournament and we didn’t get back until right before the pool closed and they let our kids swim for a bit. However, we had housekeeping knocking and trying to enter our room at 8am saying we needed to be checked out. We were never told that checkout was 8am. Which seems ridiculous, seeing as how breakfast is from 6-9am. If checkout really is that early, it would have been nice to been informed or to have seen signs posted.

Front desk was polite and helpful. The room was clean and reasonably well decorated. The bed was comfortable. The shower was difficult to control the water temperature and the sink area was very small. Breakfast was very good. Nice area for pet relief. We will stay again.

Positive: Breakfast was good Negative: Room smelled musty and the carpet and mattress felt damp. Many drain flies were coming out of the bathtub drain. Think that addition was having some real drainage problems and should be addressed before having guests in that area.

For the price range, this is a jewel. Clean and confortable room, great breakfast, a nice pool (indoor). The place was very clean and had very attentive staff. A special thank you for the manager who went the extra mile to make sure we were confortable and happy!

Stayed here one night as we were in town for a softball tournament. After a long day of games my family wanted to sleep in a bit on Sunday and relax. Unfortunately room service persistently banged on our door at 8am telling us to get out even though it’s clearly stated your check out time is 11am. This along with the fact the showers constantly went from hot to cold I doubt I would ever stay here again

Staff is amazing, Ms. Bonnie and her entire staff make you feel at home. The breakfast is excellent and the cleaning staff definitely takes pride in what they do. We have already reserved our room for next event
