The staff were perfectly fine and courteous and for the most part the facilities were nice. The problem we had is that we are pretty sure that our room was not properly cleaned. We believe that the extent of the cleaning was stripping the beds and new towels. The room smelled of Chinese food when we arrived, the lid to to toilet was completely removed, and the floor appeared to have not been vaccumed. The room was fine for our purpose of sleeping but I still would have preferred a clean room. The hotel as a whole also had some maintenance problems but it was nothing major.

Excellent hotel at a very reasonable rate. Staff was very pleasant and the breakfast held in the common area was reasonably robust. The rooms are spacious, well appointed with what is nearly a kitchenette. There's a pool and even a small workout room - everything you need!

We stayed on the 2nd floor. It must have been a smoking floor at one time. I'm very sensitive to fragrances, and there was a STRONG smell of some kind of air freshener that gave me a headache. We used the sofabed, and there was exposed metal that my kids kept getting hurt on. I will say that everything appeared pretty clean. King bed was comfortable.

Great place to stay, clean, comfortable, affordable, diligent staff. I liked the pool, not crowded, breakfast options tasty. Been twice in the last two weeks. The location No is good, accessible, safe, and close to restaurants.

The decor here is beautiful. The rooms are super clean and fresh. Breakfast is always hot with lots of fresh fruit. I can't say enough about the staff always excited to see you at check in. They have gone above and beyond to make their location welcoming and safe.

Nice hotel close to the University. We stayed a weekend with our dog. Hotel staff were able to put us in a room close to the outside dog area so it nage it super easy to take him out. Thanks!

Positive: It is right in the heart of where we needed to be. The gentleman working the front desk fixed our issue of someone still being in our second room. The hotel was nicely renovated and quiet even though it was sold out. The pool was well maintained. Negative: Even though we requested late check out and had Privacy Please signs on the doors, the maids walked in on Sunday morning without knocking to see if we were still in there at like 9:30am. This woke us all up and did not make us happy. Negative: ""

Great value in an extended stay hotel. Pet friendly and the hospital shuttle is a nice bonus. Clean comfortable and quiet room with helpful staff.
