SureStay Hotel by Best Western Houston Southeast - Hotel in South Houston - 1712 Houston Blvd, USA

Had a great stay with our family. Front desk is so amicable and flexible. They voluntarily called and offered late check out because of the inclement weather. Rooms were super clean and a very new property. Loved and enjoyed the stay. Worth every penny. We booked this hotel based on positive reviews and no regrets. This hotel has astounding customer service.

I really enjoyed staying here. The rooms were clean, spacious and the decor was very pretty as well. The location is perfect. They had coffee and light breakfast in the morning and the staff were very polite. Definitely a hidden gem.

Not a great location. Way overpriced for where it’s located and what was offered. I spotted a baby roach on the counter on the counter in the room. The walkway to the rooms is outside and looks out at a parking lot across from the hotel. There were nice toiletries offered in the room though.

The rooms at this SureStay are very nice. Especially for the value. Everything in the room was new. I found the bed comfy. The staff were very welcoming and made sure it was a good stay. Not the best location, but the hotel was close to where I wanted to be and well priced.

The host was kind and willing to help us out when needed, so five stars for him. The room was clean and felt nice. However, the walls seemed like they were made of cardboard because you could hear every noise within a few miles including the conversations in the next room. That creates an issue for the overall location being right next to an industrial park, the trains and cars may keep you up all night. Great service and staffing, but not ideal location or construction quality, but could be worse for the price.

I absolutely loved this hotel. They had cotton balls and Qtips and mouthwash. They had razors and toothbrushes already provided in the rooms with complimentary water. The staff was so helpful and they cleaned very well.

the room we booked so great! very nice and modern. we didn’t have breakfast but it looked good. location wasn’t bad i liked how it wasn’t very busy around the hotel. would definitely stay again

The Young Lady at the front desk who claims to be a manager is a racist towards black people. I have stay at the room for almost an entire month and she tried kicking me away from the room being evil before, but somewhere in her heart she decided to not proceed after begging her not to. Houston recently encountered Hurricane Beryl which cause power outages everywhere including this room and I still paid for extra nights and slept powerless with only cold water accessible. After the third day with no power I decided to drive out of town to get a room with power for a few days and finally the power was restored at SureStay. The young lady at the front desk refused to allow me booking a room because she said I left too many things in the room? The day I checked out, the other manager Manisha or however you spell her wonderful name, checked the room and asked could she keep my fan, I agreed. She also stated that the cords and box that was in the room would be taken care of by house-keeping and she also gave my deposit back. By the way house keeping didnt really like providing me room service but I ignored it, im sure their the lady the front desk friends. I really wish the young lady at the front desk wasnt so evil lol, I never did anything to her but pay for a room.
