Met the entire family and they found us a place by 12am as our previously booked place was a grabage dump and we demanded a refund. Rooms were perfect for us traveling with our daughter and friend. Will totally rebook as they are affordable. Note to owners, please clean the walkways with a power wash and put on a new coat of paint and it will be our regular stop before and after Sonoma County shows and events.

First impression, we open the door and it was muggy and it smelt like cigarettes. The floor in the bathroom was dirty and the bed protective sheet was ripped and loose and kept coming off. The service was nice enough though. Couple questionable people hanging out on the balcony’s all day/night long (but you can’t help that. Just added it in because it looks like a regular thing here). For a cheap place to stay for one night, it was fine. I definitely don’t recommended bringing kids. Spend the extra $15 and stay at the one down the street! Trust me.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! Checked in Saturday night around 1230 to room 318 (or should I say nothing short of a horror scene) after an extremely long day of travel. My friend and I were going to six flags in the morning and this seemed like a solid choice to catch some sleep and it was just down the street under $200 and had two queen beds. Boy was I wrong. I had absolutely no problems checking in but when I did get up to the room there was no toilet paper in the bathroom there wasn't even any tissue, there was trash in the trash can I was told to come down and get the toilet paper...that's even reasonable since it was late. I dismissed it all and went to bed. First thing in the morning we called for some toilet paper and started getting our things ready. My friend went to take a shower and noticed black mold all along the door frame, the walls and ceiling. I as someone with asthma decided any amount of time in that bathroom wouldnt be safe for me so i opted out of showeing that morning. I go to turn on the lights to get my things together and I notice some marks on the wall between the two beds... as i looked a little closer it turns out it dried blood. The mold gross but BLOOD on the walls is absolutely vile. And an complete health hazard on both accounts. I went to check out and told the woman at the front desk about what had happened and she said she would check it out so I told her I'd wait she made a phone call and a man (whom I'm assuming was the property manager) came into the lobby asked what was wrong I told him everything I experienced and was told that he has an inspector come in that is more experienced and knows what he's talking about and thay the room was ok.i dont know when the last time that happened was but I doubt it was any time recent. Was told that since I stayed the night he couldn't do anything. After goi g back and forth with him, pretty much being insulted by the entire experienced he offered me a $20 dollar comp I paid about 140 for the room...I have yet to even receive the 20 dollar comp. If you like staying in rooms with bodily fluids from complete strangers and black mold on the walls and terrible customer service then this is the place to go... otherwise I HIGHLY recommend staying literally anywhere else.

We were originally placed in a (non-smoking) room that smelled terribly of cigarettes, appeared to have blood stains on the wall, stained lampshades, a lamp that did not work at all and was plugged in around the corner of a wall, in a closet area. We were moved to a different room that had no TV remote and a dresser drawer that wouldn’t close all the way. Overall poor experience and not at all worth what we were charged.

Let me checking it was late but when we got to the room the phone in the room did not work there was no toilet paper and the next morning breakfast that we were told there was a hot breakfast of Pancakes that we would be able to have there was no pancakes the machine was not working and there's no one at the front desk you can talk to you about it

Extremely helpful staff. Rooms are always very clean. Never had a bad experience and we have stayed here multiple times. Overall a very quiet property considering the location near freeway. The best thing is the water stays hot for a long long time.

Hotel was unsafe and very poor room/property. I would not recommend this property. Best Western has many good properties but this is TERRIBLE hotel. Dirty and unsafe.
