Budget no frills hotel. Tiny bathroom |Noisy |Asked for third floor room| Got put on first floor which was really a basement. The plus was the Mexican restaurant next door which was good Room seemed below Best Western standards. Consider going elsewhere . Bed needed new mattress.
Prices climb in Twin Falls and most hotels were around $200, so we took a chance on this hotel. We were not disappointed. The staff was awesome! Beds were comfy and rooms were clean. Ther is no elevator and rooms are small. But if you’re just looking for a place to stay the night, it works great. Breakfast had decent choices, and we were happy with our stay.
Great place, clean rooms, friendly staff, and a good breakfast. Overall it was a comfortable stay. If you need to do laundry it was not a bad price. This should be the model that other hotels use to be successful. Thanks for a great experience.
Older hotel but room clean and well maintained. 3 stories and 2 stories added at end. One very long hotel. | No elevators in hotel. very long walk to front going up/down stairs.| Room numbers very confusing. We were on second deck room 501. | Told clerk when checking I was disabled vet with bad knees and back. | Did not know they did not have elevators She would not put me on lower floor. Had to carry luggage up and down stairs. Very stressful on me could not find room went to 3rd floor and back down to desk to get better direction to room. | Breakfast was normal items. No pool/ hot tub. ||Would not recommend to older people or disabled. Talked to a few other older guess and they did not like their stay. Even 1st floor had stairs to get to breakfast| Mexican restaurant next to hotel. Food was very good.| Going west gps takes you off highway to side streets way to early could of stayed on I84 longer
This hotel is clean and OK for one night. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was actually huge. The breakfast was a typical Best Western breakfast if that suits you. Easy parking and a minute from the downtown area. The building is slightly older but not off putting.
The online pictures looked great! The lobby was covered under plastic and honestly looked a little sketch. No elevator so had to lug suitcases three flights of stairs. The room was alright, however the bottom of bathroom shower wall had black mold and smelled like mold. We could hear every word the guests in the room over were saying.
This is a former Super8 motel and the exterior shows it. They did a good job renovating the rooms, but the halls still have that Super 8 odor. Neighborhood behind the motel is rather dicy. I could do without the lavender or whatever spray they use on the bedding. I prefer bleach odor.
This is one of those "barely good enough" hotels. It was clean, it was nicely decorated and the breakfast was pretty good. The only issue was the cooling/heating units smelled a little weird, and didn't work properly. Lastly, the noises between rooms was very loud. Basically felt like you were having a conversation with the entire hotel. I think it was a decent nightly rate, and the staff was nice. No real concerns, you get what you pay for.

Loved our stay here! The staff was very friendly, enthusiastic, and accommodating. We were traveling with our dog and it was good to be in a place that made him feel welcomed too. Love the âpet of the weekâ contest they have going right now too!
My family and I stayed here from Nov 11-12, 2023. We had a fantastic stay! The hotel is clean and hotel staff were quick to check us in! The 24 hour pool was so much fun for our two babies. It was relatively close to restaurants that we could walk to
Believe me when I say DON'T BUY A HOT TUB FROM ANYPLACE ELSE WITHOUT TALKING TO BRADY'S FIRST! Aaron educated us on the differences between brands and was not a pushy salesman. He was very patient with all of our questions and didn't even seem bother
