The dirtiest hotel I've been in. You can see that the room hasn't been properly cleaned in months. There's dirt everywhere you look and touch. Showers with mold and grime, traces of leftover food on the floor, all little corners full of dirt. It feels like you are sleeping in a gas station bathroom. The side door is always open, so anyone can just walk in directly to the rooms. And you see some characters walking around shirtless around the hotel lobby and hallway.

This was one of the worst hotels that I have stayed at. Initially they tried to put us in a dirty room. Then the staff was unprofessional, talking on the phone while guest were at the desk. No towels in the rooms, Acted like it was a inconvenience when asked for towels. No housekeeping. No plug in the room, light in the room didn't work. Tv was to small. Side door left unlocked. The pool wasn't working

I only gave 1 star because Carlos and the bed were great. Everything else from Bernice to the hotel itself was horrible! She was extremely rude, the hotel is filthy, you will in my pictures, they do NOT care about cleanliness, the water does not drain in the tub, the trash can on the second floor was NEVER emptied the 2 days and 2 nights we were there. The room and bathroom 224 had mold and mildew in the shower, which could easily have been cleaned with bleach. I just scrubbed with my wash cloth and it came off. Just proves they DO NOT CLEAN! Do NOT stay here. NOT to mention my husband and I BOTH got sick from the mold. Going to the doctor today. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Let's start at the top. Check in was easy and quick. Standard paperwork. Get your keys and you're on your way. Cool. The lady at the desk was nice. I booked two separate rooms. First room, ripped sheets, dirty phone, a layer of dust on the mirror, remote missing the batter cover, mini fridge dusty, and the bathroom shower curtain caked in MOLD!! Immediately NO! So I go downstairs and show the lady the video I took of my mold covered bathroom curtain and she immediately switched me to another room and let me check the room . Ok no layer of mold on the curtain. So I'm like fine. Honestly it wasn't much better but after being on the road for 9hrs I was too exhausted to be playing find the not so crappy room. This room wasn't as dusty so "yay" (insert eye roll), the sheets still ripped up, there was still mold in the shower grout, oh and other people's hair in the shower on the wall, cause that's always fun. (Insert sarcasm). The towels looked like they've seen better years. Oh and the phone was still dirty in this room. Oh and the best part the phone didn't even work. The sink took ten minutes to drain the water. The carpet didn't look like it had been thoroughly cleaned in a decade. The lights on the hallways flickering like a horror movie. Some lights are out completely. There is a weird odor of smoke and mildew in the hallways. The pool is out of service and they don't seem to care. There's wild cats in the bushes outside. Oh and the "breakfast" leaves lots to be desired. ||Now the second room I booked. Much the same. Dusty, mold in the shower grout, sheets ripping, towels less than desirable, oh and a cracked sink bowl, and leaky shower. Oh and there was a hole in the bathroom wall that was stuffed with plastic. And cobb webs behind the bathroom door. Because fun right (insert eye roll and sarcasm). ||I would highly advise against staying here. There's a days inn next door try them. Cause this place needs to be condemned until they can make repairs because it's not even worth the cost of admission.

Traveling thru decide to stop after leaving casino heading back home. Price was ok. 1st room key didn't work went to desk 3 times. They checked the room clearly someone had been in it. They move us to another room. Very bad smell, very outdated,no trash can, TV had dots in screen which made it not suitable to watch,bathroom had cigarette burns everywhere, oh we had to take towels to cover pillows because hair was on pillows, no smoke alarm, ice bucket but no cups

Positive: "" Negative: The first room smelled like mildew. I checked around and found lots of mold in the closet. I informed staff and they moved us to another room. I woke up after a couple of hours and little did we know there were beg bugs and left. Slept outside.

One star is generous. I was supposed to stay 3 nights and checked out after 1. Cleanliness - hallways and room reeked of smoke (even though it was a non-smoking room), mold and rust in bathroom Maintenance - Numerous burn holes/melted spots in the bedspread, sheets, and carpet, property hasn't been mowed and weeds are plentiful Safety - side door that leads to the elevator has no lock which means anyone can come and go straight to rooms without passing the front desk

The customer service was the only good thing at this hotel even when we went to the front desk to let them know we would not be staying and would like our money back. I was traveling with a friend, my room had mold and her room had bugs. We were made to sign that we wouldn’t smoke however the hallways smelled of smoke.
