Me and my family stayed here for a bit, and we have been comfortable, the beds are very comfortable, and the staff is nice to us. There is a housekeeper that always smiles and have friendly conversations she is so sweet I call her friend. And it is quiet, the coffee is very good in the morning, and if it is not a full staff the breakfast is not full. The toilets flush a little slow, but the water gets extremely hot and I enjoy that, but you have to be careful. However the owners son is horrible he moved us to a handicapped room without notice, and we had spent over 1k with them because we are getting our housing needs together. They did not care about our situation at all, was very rude about it afterwards. There were no problems with anyone else at the front desk everyone else seemed kind and helpful.
We stayed one night and the rooms were clean, the lady who helped us was very friendly and helpful, we came in when there was sports teams so couldn't find a room came here and glad we did. Can't speak for breakfast we left early. I would stay again only thing I would suggest is wiping the headboards. The walls was thin, other than that good to.go.
I stayed here last week and it was amazing! Beds are comfortable! Rooms cleanliness was spot on.Quite & Employees are very pleasant & caring.
Overall I give it 10 out 10 just Fabulous. Will be staying again this week can't wait for my little serenity time at Best Western!!
The hotel needs work on its exterior appearance. The rooms were about the standard one would expect in a 2-star hotel. The bathtub appears to have not been properly cleaned for years. Mrs. Sharp is very rude and lacks the ability to interact in a professional manner with the public. This was a last-minute trip; most Best Western hotels are nice; however, there is always an exception to the rule, and this hotel is the exception.
Horrible, horrible, horrible!
The person at the desk did not even know which direction the room was in so they sent me in the pouring rain to the wrong side of the hotel.
Then they couldn’t even get my loyalty number in and had to hand input it. It took about 20 minutes to get booked in.
Then the key they gave me was incorrect, and I had to go back to the lobby and redo it again
Meanwhile, it was pouring rain and severe storm threat .
The room was Located in an area with a flashing blue light that flashed all night long, but it was pouring rain and we were in a severe weather threat with hailstones. Therefore we chose to stay.
The next morning we get a full breakfast, as we had been told, only to find the breakfast room, had nothing hot nothing about breakfast, other than a few danishes
The young lady at the desk tried to be helpful, but could not refund any of our money so therefore, we severely overpaid for the type of room, and no breakfast
Overall a totally horrible experience .
This hotel was a good value and had very friendly staff. Every employee I ran into was above and beyond in their friendliness and the check-in procedures were very pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located near the Pecanland Mall and nearby shopping centers but far enough away from the downtown area that noise and business isn't an issue. My only problem was that the housekeeping staff forgot to make up the bed one of the days I was there (but did replace toiletries and empty garbages), this is something I can easily look over but something to note if it's something you care about.
This hotel surprised me this trip. I'm usually never disappointed. They must have been rushed with breakfast because they ran way short. The room was clean and fresh. The staff were very pleasant. They really could have reimbursed me some for the room because of the TV not working most of the night and I didn't actually get the room I reserved.
Oh, my goodness! What the heck do they use to clean these rooms? For what we spent on air purifiers, we could have stayed at the Hampton next door! Do not ever stay here! My sinuses may never recover, not to mention the headache I have. Does management have no sense of smell? Do they ever actually enter a room?
The gentleman who checked me in in the middle of the night was awesome! The room was very clean and beautiful. Best hotel I've ever stayed at, and the rate was perfect. Breakfast was great! Check out is 12 and breakfast until 10!!! Perfect since I
