Great place for the price. Clean hotel and rooms, friendly and attentive staff and good breakfast with hot and cold options in a clean small room near lobby. Hot tub was also really hot and clean. Key cards worked every time which is better then some expensive hotels can do. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay for my second time! All the staff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and amenities are fantastic! Safe area and close to the freeway! Pet friendly and fees are reasonable. Everyone loved saying hi to my pup! Will definitely be back! Thank you SureStay!

Great value for a nice clean room, Very quiet and close to a lot of fast food, restaurants and coffee. the staff was very friendly. Bed was comfy. And the air conditioning unit was actually quiet As compared to some places i've stayed. It is a slightly older motel but well kept up. One word of warning. Is there is no elevator if you are on the upper floors,| But the stairs indoors are easily manageable.

The pool had so much chlorine your eyes burned walking into the room. NEVER have I been forced out of a room before check-out time. Housekeeping was outside our door ten minutes before check out and went to grab the Manager to knock on our door a couple of minutes later. I answered with a toothbrush in my mouth. The Manager asked if we were staying another night as housekeeping had her arms crossed and waited impatiently. I told the manager no we are not staying another night and heading out. 11:01, the housekeeping knocked on our Door. I said my small child had to go to the bathroom and she could come in and start cleaning but we were grabbing out stuff. She just gave me a blank stare and turned away.11:05, the manager came back to our room and saw we were leaving. Never in my life have I experienced such rude housekeeping and staff. Heaven forbidd my small child had to use the bathroom right before check out. I will never stay at the motel again. The rudeness over powered the few good points of the stay. BEWARE if you dare to stay there. Not worth it. There are several other motels close by.

Great hotel for the price. Many of the desk staff adopted the managers rude attitude, but the morning breakfast staff is absolutely amazing. *I do believe some of the attitude was them believing I'm homeless. I'm not, I work full time from my van. A hotel here or there makes more sense than renting when I'm on the road 98% of the time in different locations. Clean hotel. It does charge incidental though. So as always, pics of my room as I left it. Just about as clean as I found it.

Outstanding GM in Lisa Martin who manages a good team. Convenient location, quiet and good amenities for value point hotel. Clean, orderly, great resting base for regional events adventures in Ellensburg. Pool is clean, complimentary breakfast has varied options to eat in or on the go.

It was a last-minute trip for Rodeo weekend. Although the hotel is not the finest the accommodation suited well. Lisa the general manager was so helpful and went Above and Beyond in many ways. The customer service from every one of the staff was stellar. That is something you don't see or hear much about these days

Great reception - Wendolee was great. They had an indoor pool, continental breakfast, guest laundry - all for a very reasonable price. The rooms were a bit dated but had everything one could need. Hot tub too. Ellensburg is a very windy place - that's why you see wind generators on both sides of town.
