SureStay by Best Western East Brunswick - Hotel in East Brunswick - 764 NJ-18, USA

I had SUCH a nice stay here. I was in Room 169 with a king size bed. It was clean and tidy, and everything I needed for a relaxing few days while I worked remotely from the motel room and at a medical facility about 30 mins away. There were side-by-side bathroom sinks for two which was very nice, and the microwave oven was unusually powerful (Hamilton Beach 1000 watts) for a motel. I wasn't happy the mini-fridge hummed loudly, so I stuck my shoe on top of it to keep it quiet, and told the desk clerk to fix it. Comfortable bed, lots of pillows, powerful air conditioning that was *quiet*--in fact, generally, I found the motel to be a very quiet place, even when there were a lot of guests. Will definitely be staying there again. P.S. They must be pet-friendly, because the people next door had a beautiful cat sleeping in the sunshine in their window!

Even though I booked a mobility accessible room thru Best Western, a mobility accessible room was NOT available. The front desk manager said the accessible room had not been cleaned and the maids left at 3:00. This was the 2nd Best Western motel that did not have an accessible room that I had booked. My wife is in a wheelchair and really needs an accessible room. All other motels on a 16 day trip had accessible rooms. The ground floor room the manager put us in was not very clean and the A/C did not work very well.

This is a decent hotel. I loved the first room we were in,nice lamps , nice chair , mini fridge and nice microwave. Felt so cozy but the tub was clogged so took a shower in a puddle . Besides that no complaints. They were nice enough to let us change rooms but the other one felt cozier. Housekeepers are so good at maintaining the rooms clean and I love all the lighting. I enjoyed my stay here. They have free breakfast , so that’s always a plus. Just make sure to book third party online to get the online rate. The only thing I don’t like, is that I extended my first night and they couldn’t honor the price I got it the previous night, but I guess that’s just how hotels go . Prices fluctuate . I’m happy that everybody was nice and thanks for everything . 🙏

This hotel is a great value. Decent room with a refrigerator that functions properly and a microwave, much cleaner and more features than our previous stay at courtyard Marriot. Free parking and free breakfast. No hidden fees you pay exactly what you are told. Ruben was fantastic, make you sure to keep your sole though 😉. overall good experience. Would stay again.

I booked one night at this hotel as it was just a place to lay my head and take a shower. I was pretty disappointed with my stay. I booked a non smoking room but the hallway leading up to my room as well as inside reeked of cigarette smoke. The water pressure of the shower was also incredibly low. Overall I was not happy with my stay.

I am giving them a 2 star rating for a few reasons, but mainly because they didn't allow me to check in early because they were supposedly full. (Won't go into the reason why I didn't think they were.) Then when I went back to check in after 3PM, they gave me a room that strongly smelled like an ashtray. I'm not a smoker and suffer from allergies, so that was a no-go for me. Thankfully the new room they gave me did not stink. They get a slightly better rating for being close to where I was going, but some really sketchy looking characters hanging out outside the check-in office didn't make me feel safe in any way. I definitely overpaid to stay there. Lesson learned.

Best Western SureStay is kind of a bare bones hotel. Nothing highly fancy but budget friendly, and pet friendly. The staff is very friendly and accommo-dating. Our room was clean and we were grateful for that. Best of all, there are two well-known restaurants that are very close which is convenient. We'd stay there again. Glad we found it.

Pros: Budget friendly , Free breakfast . Cons: ’Don’t care’ attitude front desk ( except a lady who was concerned about cigar smell in the room and kind enough to change the room quickly as we could barely breathe and found so difficult with kids), No laundry,No lift , Room was terribly hot as the air conditioning was placed far past the bed(was provided a small fan but still not enough) , we need to inform the front desk for room service?! I mean where in the world ppl inform front desk daily to clean the room ?
