The customer service is excellent, their response time to our printer issues is excellent, last time I called, I felt like I barely hung up the phone and the tech was at the door! When our printer/copier crashed we searched the internet and found Supreme office Technology and noticed their 5 star rating and called them...and to our surprised a live person as in Tom the owner actually answered the phone on the first ring. He knew exactly what we needed, he ordered us a new printer/copier and a couple day later Paul his technician arrived as scheduled and installed and explained its functions in detail. kudos to Tom and Paul and as the name says they really are supreme and we highly recommend them.
