I use to love this place food and service use to be outstanding I would come here 3-4 times a week .. now I won’t be coming .. they NEVER answer the phone I guess that’s to avoid complaints .. they mess up orders too much, I’ll tell them no lettuce on something then what do you know there’s enough lettuce to make 2 salads, I’ll say no pico and there you have it PICO! And receipt had (no pico) typed on it but I get it anyway smh the steak is always dry on the fries & nachos prices going up service and food going down .. I’ve had too many wrong orders and as of 10/31/23 I’m done with this restaurant I can go to KDMC hospital cafeteria and make my own nachos fill up the container weigh it and pay $5.00 vs 8 something for this mess .. been nice doing business with you but you guys have literally lost a good costumer!
Had suplex today for my lunch( A friend recommended) and the service was amazing. Very satisfied. Quick service and delicious taco salad! Thank you Suplex you did amazing! I will come here more often.
I have been eating here 2-3 times a month for over 5 years and love it. Their queso is better than the local Mexican restaurants in my opinion! The owners are very nice guys and one of the longtime staff members always remembers my salsa preferences. I do miss the old green salsa recipe... Maybe bring it back as a third option?
If you're looking for a quick bite but want good quality and authentic Mexican food, this is the place for you. I always get the 6-1-9 burrito, which has french frys inside or the steak tacos with salsa on the side. The staff is super friendly and fast, and the food is always fresh and reasonably priced. Sometimes, they might even draw a cute little cat on your burrito bag.
First time eating here was today. Had the 6-1-9 burrito and it was awesome. These folks make great food. Check them out.
I’m a frequent regular at Suplex Tacos in Ashland and I’ve never had a bad experience! The food is always fresh, tasty and hot. The employees are always kind and go above and beyond. The drive thru is quick and the app is easy to use and has a rewards program! 5 stars from me and several of my coworkers!!
Best Mexican food restaurant in the tri-state area! I grew up on the Texas/Mexico border so I'm always craving a taste of home. This place is the closest we've found & we will definitely be coming back! You must try the 691 burrito (picture included) and the street tacos (picture also included)!

Overall, a wonderful local find. My stuffed French toast was very good, though served very lukewarm, almost cool. Kind of expected it being served hot. Definitely recommend. Itâs a fabulous place.
