Supernova Motel: Extended Stay - Motel in Lewiston - 1021 Main St, USA

This place is not somewhere I will ever stay again! The staff were friendly but the accommodations were just awful. The room was so dirty. It smelled like cat pee! There were people going and coming. Dogs attacking people. Sirens going by at mock speed. Kids running back and forth on the balcony above. I get the when people are down and out, they are thankful to have a roof over their heads. But this was insane. This place houses people whom have been displaced by the economy we live in. It’s sad that people have to live that way. I would not recommend anyone stay there.

Im staying here right now my power for my rooms out its been for 12 hours. at least one other tenants powers out. we tried getting ahold of theyre employee that lives here no answer. I called both phone numbers including the emergency after hour phone number no answer

When I first decided to stay at the supernova I called around and checked all the prices. Surprisingly they were all very close in price. When I decided to stay at the supernova it was because they actually have a fridge in the room not a mini fridge. It was just supposed to be a pit stop. Well here I am 2 years later. This has been our home. I'm very blessed. Jodie the manager is THE BEST!!! SHE IS ALWAYS there when I need her. No matter how big or small of a problem I have. She takes pride in her work and cares for every one that stays her. She ALWAYS goes above and beyond for any and everyone. She is truly the heart ❤️ of this place. She is a human. A human doing it all. So sometimes she might be tired and ask you To wait. But she will be there to help you. ALWAYS!!!!! One if these days my family and I will be blessed with a home of our own. But Jodie will always remain a part of our lives and a part of our family. So thank you Jodie for loving us and taking care of us. ALL of us. We love you

I wouldn't stay here my husband paid for a week stay but under different circumstances he had to leave early... and now they will not refund his money.. they've just said it's in the contract.. but at the time of check that was not addressed.. does anyone know the owner info..

My husband Eric and I absolutely love this place, and Jody is a sweetheart and willing to work with u , respect and patience go along way in this line of work. She has been great to us, and a few other people that we know personally. She has been great since day 1, and we will vouche for that, and we would recommend people we know to try this inn out, and we wouldn't think twice.

Was ok with it until I got kicked out with no warning and got frostbite and lost a toe because of it. That's not cool that they'd rather have someone die off.

We have been here 3 months while looking for a home. Management was upfront about needing to clean ourselves since we were going to be here long term. They are quick to bring supplies when we let them know we are low.

I got there at about 9:30 so I had to call the after hours... took a long time getting us checked in when we got to our room the bedroom was OK the bathroom not so much... the door could not shut because the pin in the hinge was out. The shower was stained with greasy handprints, no plug for a bath,the fan did not work and there was a huge bubble of paint above the shower head filled with water. I was not impressed for nearly $100 it should have been better. Also nobody to complain to at checkout because again the office was not open at checkout.
