SuperLake Hotel - Hotel in Flushing - 36-31 Prince St, USA

NO parking!!!! Attendant was clueless when we asked where we could park. WE We ended up parking in a ramp a block or so down the road. Room was basic and fair. Remote for TV didn't work. Booked for 5 guests - bathroom had only 2 towels. Day bed in one room had no sheets, blanket or pillow. Will NOT return!!!

Our experience was not at all like a lot of the reviews. It’s what I expected for the price in NYC - a place to lay your head. It’s dingy but the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The TV worked, AC worked. The day and night staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed to be close the the US Open. It gets the job done.

I have been living in Queens, New York my whole life and have never been bothered by main street and its quirks. But when I tell you this Hotel is by far the most atrocious, disgusting and absolutely horrible place you ever want to go in your life. I have not slept a wink because there is absolutely no way that there isn't bed bugs or something in this room. I woke up multiple times itchy. No TV and my original room 401 had a nail protruding through the bathroom floor. The Elevator area reeks of cigarettes. I'm so sorry for anyone was conned into booking a room here. No refunds is absolutely horrible considering the price. Main Street is not Manhattan wake up already and realize what you people have going on here.

Our group arrived really late in the morning and that wasn't a problem, we quickly got into our rooms with no fussing and our room was quite spacious and close to many food options. Our room had two double beds and a pull out sofa bed, everything was comfortable. The only minor issue we had was our bathroom had a few minor problems but the staff quickly fixed the problem, had a few small ants wandering around but in my travels I've seen much worse, The hotel staff were helpful and pleasant, the rooms, appliances and bed was all quite good too that I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great location, Clean, Friendly Staff, I took one star because my first day after check-in my tv wasn’t working in my designated room. I was switched to another across the hall and later the electricity blew out which was fixed. Staff told me I’ll be back in my original room the next day, but i continued my stay in the switched room. Everyday trash was picked and fresh towels were disbursed. I did notice that the bed linen wasn’t changed daily. Other than that my stay was quiet and comfortable. Thanks i would definitely book again!

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT stay at not so super Super Lake. Please if you care about your hygiene DO NOT stay here. Reserved 2 rooms both had blood stains either on the sheet or on the mattress itself. Hotel smells god awful all throughout. Needless to say we stayed at a different hotel 2 blocks down and was 110% better than this dump. I would rather sleep outside with the bums than to step foot in this so called hotel again. Super Lake please do yourself a favor and shut down. Place is an absolute dump. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel.

The room was perfect for my family and I. We loved the neighborhood as well! The hotel is in Chinatown. We had a great time walking around checking out the sights. We'd definitely come back.

I had a meeting in Flushing and needed a place to stay nearby. The Red Roof Inn was just a street aways so I chose it for it's location.||||Prior to arriving I called and asked about parking. There is no on-site parking, but there are several lots nearby. I checked out the lots on line, the reviews were awful so I took a taxi from the airport rather than rent a car.||||There is no lobby to speak of. The room was basic. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked just fine. There was a microwave, coffeemaker and refrigerator however there was just one plug with two outlets, so I had to do a bit of plugging and unplugging depending on which appliance I wanted to use. The furniture was worn. The desk had no lamp so I found it useless to do use. The bathroom was clean, neat and more modern than the rest of the room. It clearly had been remodeled at some point.||||The wifi worked flawlessly. I could not get the TV to work, but I did not try too hard to figure out why I had no reception. The front staff was cordial.||||I prepaid my room on line, so my total cost was about $94 which is not a bad rate for this part of the city.||||If you need a no-fills place to stay and can put up with no light on the desk and changing plugs, the Red Roof Inn is not a bad choice.
