Superburger - Hamburger restaurant in Cotati - 8252 Old Redwood Hwy, USA

This used to be my favorite burger spot but it has gone steadily downhill since the pandemic. Last week I was craving a burger so we went and it was THE worst! I will never go again. My onion rings were cold, the bacon was WAY overcooked -hard and dry- like it had been cooked several days before, and my burger was so hard and dry that I could barely cut through it with a knife. When I peeled off the cheese I could see just how burned it was and deep black grill marks. The condiment bar was very unclean and had some moldy paper towels around a couple of the pickle bins.

I do enjoy this restaurant and this won’t deter me from coming back, but I think it should be noted to always remember to check your order before leaving. It has never been ridiculously busy in there when I have gone, so I don’t understand the forgetfulness. You forget a whole side order of fries and 3 sauces that you expected me to pay for (which I happily did), but never got & in this tipping culture, tipped on top of everything and still got short changed. When this happens, I usually go about my future orders checking and it’s always correct and I look like a weirdo, but the minute I restore trust, I have to go back to my Karen ways. :( Please, staff of Superburger, read your receipts and give the customers what they PAID for.

The burgers and shakes are really good here. Wife and I split one that I ordered with an extra patty. The extra 1/2 pound of Angus chuck was not required, and threw off the delicate balance of beef to bun. In my defense, I was hangry. We also split a chocolate and peanut butter shake, which was delicious and enough to split.

My favorite spot for after work beer and burger. I love the atmosphere and the food just makes me happy. Try the El tourista burger if you like a little heat!

Superburger's new location in Cotati is spectacular! My family and I opted to eat at the counter and we had such a wonderful meal. Our server was super friendly, accommodating to young kids' requests, and checked in with us at the perfect times throughout our meal. As for the food, Superburger absolutely lives up to its name. These burgers are just like my Dad used to grill up on our old Weber when I was a kid, and I mean that in the best possible way. My kids are chicken tenders and grilled cheese and those were prepared just right as well. The fries are top-notch, there's a condiment bar with fresh everything and a few types of pickles, I really couldn't ask for more. Superburger is definitely at the top of our family list for local burger spots!

Had my 1st cheese Superburger today. It was good. SADLY THIS IS ANOTHER BURGER JOINT WHERE THE COOK SMASHES DOWN ON THE BURGER WHILE COOKING IT TO SPEED UP COOKING BUT THIS SQUEEZES OUT MOST OF THE JUICY DELICIOUSNESS OF THE BURGER... The free condiments are a big plus! *eat here but with a bit of fear... Stay Groovy!

They serve more than burgers! I love their grilled chicken sandwiches. They are a tasty alternative to a burger and if you get their tater tots, ask for them extra crispy. They hold up better when they are a bit more fried. Of all the local places that sell milkshakes, Superburger shakes are the best buy leaps and bounds! Almost too many choices in flavors. Some personal favorites are chocolate/ peanut butter, strawberry, butterfinger, and snickers! They also have gluten-free buns!

I had the super bacon cheese burger, fries, and a soda. It's a very high quality burger. It's not like, the best burger I've ever had, but still very good, with a nice smokey flavor, would recommend, but wouldn't travel across the country to eat it.
