Super Stay Inn - Hotel in North Little Rock - 115 Pershing Blvd, USA

The room was $80 which was way cheaper than any locations nearby. We took one look at the bed and decided $80 wasn’t worth it. The pillows were yellow and old and there were only 2 pillows. All of the sheets and covers had cigarette holes and some marker. We were willing to abandon the $80 to go to a Hampton Inn for the night. Beware you get what you pay for.

Absolute s.h*t* hole. Drug addicts, homeless, sketchy AF clientele. Booked through Booking.com, requesting a non smoking room. Arrived, useless guy behind a shield where you stand outside to check in, said all rooms are smoking. Went into one room, horrific. Wouldn't let a dog stay inside. Stunk, filthy, damages everywhere, door wouldn't lock properly, scary and unsafe. I am no prima donna but this was more than I could endure. I requested another room, they had none. I informed them I couldn't stay here and requested a refund. Nope. I disputed the charge with Booking.com which entailed many, many days of messages, calls and photos of what we encountered. We are still waiting to hear back. We also sent photos to the motel itself and disputed directly with them.

The rooms was a hot mess we had to go to store and get cleaning supplies to clean room up and dust furniture off. Told the guy who was on duty about room the only thing he said we can put you in another room can't give you refund. The room he put me in wasn't any better. Talked to the manger the next morning and showed him all the nasty wipes I had cleaning and mopping the room the only thing he said was he going to get with house keeper. I do not advise no one to stay there not even a animal. Then you got peoples hanging around on drugs couldn't sleep they up all night walking and talking. To sum it up in two words . A DUMP!!!!!!!

I mean, you're paying a small amount for a place to stay. Watch your back and understand you're not staying in a super nice place

Not a good location customer service was very poor and the rooms were disgusting. Rooms were not properly stocked, and when I asked for extra tissue the man asked me what room I was staying in and I told him and he asked me the name and I told him that too and he said that my handicapped mother would have to come up there to get the tissue herself. So needless to say we will never be staying there again.

This hotel is a dump with no customer care or service skills. Their housekeepers thieves and will steal and take anything that is left behind by a guest I would not refer my dog to this unprofessional establishment

Paid for a room and didn't even stay. Put my bags in the room went to eat came back noticed the tub had hair in it. Towels were stained. Burn holes in the bedding. Counting the time of me eating and getting the room it was maybe 1hr noise was horrible went to check out to complain after only 1hr and.they wouldn't listen just asked if my door was closed and no one in the room. I'm out 110.00 and never even sat down in the room. The lobby is also locked off. The pictures are not what you pay for. Very unsafe and uncleannes not counting the bugs and homeless people walking up and down being loud asking for things.
