We had my son's birthday party here last weekend. The facility was clean and the staff was helpful. The private rooms and space is honestly an A+. This facility is one of the better venues for hosting a childs birthday party in town. Kudos to the manager on staff 08/06 (10AM) honestly she was the most helpful and kind. She went above and beyond to ensure a positive party experience.

Great place to bring a toddler to burn off excess energy when the weather is rainy. If you come during the week from 12-4 you can accompany your kiddo on the inflatables, which is a great way to help encourage those who may be more on the timid or shy side. They have two party rooms for rent, be warned they book up in advance, we will try to secure my daughter’s birthday next year.

Loved our experience here. Booked my daughters 6th birthday party and just had it yesterday. We were able to invite her entire kindergarten class. In total we had about 18 kids and 10 adults. They have a capacity limit of 45 so we had room to spare even with a huge portion of the class RSVP'ing and my daughter inviting a few other friends and family. It's cool too, because not only is there plenty of parking at this facility, but there's a main "public" bounce house/ game area too, if you run out of room and parents wish to stay and bring siblings. Or if they'd rather drop off, this is conveniently located right across from the Outlet Collection mall in Auburn. The private bounce house room was awesome and had tons of activities and games. I was worried that the 1 hour and 15 mins they allowed us in the bouncer room wouldn't feel like enough time but it was actually perfect. By the time it was time to move to the party room for our last 45 mins for pizza and cake, all the kids were ready! I went into the party room about 15 mins early to decorate and our party attendant came to help me. She was amazing! She blew up balloons, found me some candles (I'd forgotten to bring some) and really helped me decorate that room in record time. I brought some juice boxes and waters that I kept cold in a cooler until it was time for the party, and I was able to use a large black wheel cart to haul all of our party supplies in from the car. They also have a huge rolling gift bin to hold your child's gifts/ carry them out to the car. We ordered pizza at the front desk right when we arrived to check in for the party and by the time we got to the party room it was hot and ready. Very reasonably priced too! About $11 for a large that can be cut into 10 or 16 slices. The pizza was also surprisingly pretty darn good. Beat the heck out of Chuck E Cheese pizza, for sure! My daughter loved sharing her special day with all of her friends and I'm so glad we chose this place to do it! Best birthday party experience we've had so far!

Had my son’s 6th birthday here last night. Could not recommend more highly! Niy was an awesome party attendant and managed the flow between rooms nicely, was super helpful and made for a stress free and super fun evening. Our kids and all their friends had an absolute blast. Thanks!

Super fun for parties! Been to two here and the kids always have a blast. It's great they can have their own room to play in.

We’ve been coming here since my son was one years old. He’s three now, and he loves it! The staff are all really nice, and remember the regulars that come in. They’re very helpful, and attentive. If you have a 1-5 year old, this is THE BEST place to come for $11 of 2 hours of play! Be Advised: They have an arcade (and quarter machine) so you’ll want to bring a few dollars to enjoy those. UPDATE: The arcades have moved from quarters to game cards with a minimum of $10 of play with a prize at the end. Keep the card if you’re gonna go back because you have to pay for the card as well.

Absolute fun for all ages!! Had the private rental which is really great during this time we are in right now. In the private rental area the games were free to play and the bounce houses were awesome! There were a total of 3 bounce houses and several games ! Kids had fun, adults had fun! Well worth it!

We did a birthday party & it went flawlessly!! We had our own jump room followed by our own party room for 30 guests for a pretty inexpensive rate. The adults had just as much fun as the kids!! The helper was INCREDIBLE!! I wish I could recall her name, she was perfect!! She initiated helping me with everything from cake cutting & ice cream scooping to clean up, she was WONDERFUL & on top of it!! I HIGHLY recommend this place for birthdays!!
