Absolutely the worst hotel I have EVER EVER SEEN or stayed in in my entire life. Disgusting!!!! Filthy!!! Roaches!!!! TV speakers were blown. The owners would turn off the elevator. No mini fridge. No housekeeper I was told at check in. The wifi went off and I asked if they changed the password he told me no, he had to reboot it and I needed to give him a while. The door had no latch. The furniture and bedding looked like it was from the 80's. When we went in the room there was a condom wrapper in the trash can, a roach in the dresser drawer, the bed looked liked someone had been sitting on it, there was one dry rotted pillow on one bed and two on the other, the toilet was clogged, the tub constantly ran water no matter how hard you turned the dials off. The only reason we didn't leave is because we had no choice. We were sheltered there by the housing agency due to an emergency need for shelter due to an illegal eviction. I don't recommend it to anyone. I related to the housing agency how bad it was, and plan on calling the proper agencies about the conditions. It needs to be shut down. Oh one more thing the smell was overwhelming and stomach turning.

Terrible. If you do have to stay for a night or two take your stuff with you!! I paid cash for two nights. Came back from working and someone else is in my room. They lost my toothbrush and a lady drank one of my Monster drinks. 😂. Show how much they pay there people that don’t clean at all. Don’t come here . Go to Howard Johnson or Calt John’s Smith end. Also so many fire /electric code violations here as well. They gave me another room but that doesn’t seem like they care about the customer. Also a homeless person was sleeping under stairs last night. He scared me and I scared him. But he threatened me I kept walking. Just make sure you know self defense. Place is garbage. Customer service sucks.

Gross!!!! Rooms are 🤮 & there are roaches/other bugs everywhere. It appears to be a cracked out & pimped out motel. They have outrageous charges for this disgusting place. The owners don’t care obviously as long as they are collecting $.

Front desk said elevator was shut off to prevent someone being stuck in case it freezes. It's 70 outside. The next morning key card didn't work, approach front desk to tell them and immediately the guy starts yelling saying something is wrong with me, something in my skin making the card not work cuz I'm the only one having issues. I asked about elevator and was told it was broken and they are awaiting parts. Wasn't wearing name tag, wouldn't tell me his name. Very rude and threatening behavior. DONT STAY HERE! Watch for poop when you walk as they are feeding a feral colony of cats and have boxes for them to stay in.

Was checked into room 135. We didn't go straight to the room we decided to get food first. I'm a hotel supervisor so when we finally made it to the room. First noticed smoke detector was covered up in a non smoking room. We sat and talked for maybe 10 minutes then I did my normal inspection. I went to put soda in refrigerator and as soon as I opened It roaches Started running out and it wasn't working. So I went to the beds. Instantly I saw a bed bug on the pillow. Very small but I noticed it. I took the lamp shade of to see bed better but then said it was pointless so we packed up and went to front desk.. my friend went I went to the car. Seconds later my friend returned saying the front desk clerk told him he basically was lying. So the 3 of us go to the room. He immediately tells me to stay outside because he doesn't deal with woman. He ask my friend to show him the bug. Couldn't find the small 1 we seen but the clerk pulled bed back more and the biggest bed bug was crawling. The clerk picked up the bug and walked outside past me and threw it. Throughout all this he first blamed us for the smoke detector and said I shouldn't have touched the lamp shade. He was being nasty the whole time up until when I told him I was a hotel supervisor then he wanted to be nice. If he wasn't nasty from the start things wouldn't have went this far. Wouldn't give us but $25 back

$69/night in Williamsburg. You are getting what you paid for. We didn't die. Staff was very friendly. Room wasn't dirty but didn't have a coffee maker. There were only 2 towels and no bath mat towel.

I would not advise anyone to stay at this filthy place. The place nasty, they don't provide housekeeping to you. You have to do your own housekeeping . They overcharge people a week for staying at this roach infested place, window seals have mold around them. My husband stayed there for over a month and was paying his money on time, but the owner kept trying to harass him every week about paying but didn't have any need to. Because he gave them the money own time. These people are the worst they trip people like s**t.

Worst motel I have ever stayed in. Would give a 0/5 review. Beds were hard and dirty. Only 2 outlets worked in room. One outlet was visibly broken. Toilet was dirty and same with tub. Felt like the tub was gonna fall the floor when you stepped in it. Very poor lighting throughout establishment. Very shady ppl throughout. Junky cars all over the back parking. Main parking lot under building poorly lighted. Also water pipes leaking everywhere under building. Metal under building rafters rusted and falling down. No microwave or coffee maker. Staff Very unfriendly. Manager argued with me and my wife when we asked for refund. Called me a liar and he threatened to sue my wife and I. Never will I stay at this establishment again. I reported business to city code enforcement. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE.
