Super Inn - Motel in Tucson - 1031 E Benson Hwy, USA

Cheapest price in town. Rooms are always clean as I enter room. Rarely is something not cleaned. For the price and best in town. You really should not expect luxury and it is gated and staff are always helpful and kind. Not the most amenities. But overall I been here for months and have had an excellent experience. Their weekly rates are also unbeatable priced.

Like any other roach infested, crumbling motel, you can expect to be disappointed. Walked in and immediately noticed the broken lamp shade over the light. The missing light next to the broken lamp shade. And water damage in the room leading to the bathroom. Also, another missing lamp shade. Cracked door entry as if someone for we their way in. No towels were in the room as well as no trash cans. The dresser had missing drawers and the TV didn't have cable and there is no wifi despite being given an access code for said missing wifi. There's a dead smashed bug against the only entry and exit door and the windows are not tinted but nicely pointed directly at the sun right above the non functioning AC unit. Oh yeah no microwave. No fridge. Homeless and drug addicts & no AC. The pool has white mildew floating and you can't see the bottom of the pool either. 🫰🏿🎯 Also, on Google maps the price is marketed as $40 plus tax but of course, in person, it was $65. If I complain or ask for the basics that are missing I'm VERY confident I won't get them or they don't have them. If this all sounds appealing to you, come on down.

I understand that there are hotels with very low-quality standards, but I truly believe this one has gone below all of them. I understand the price was low, and I did not expect a Waldorf Astoria. However, assuming that being listed on Expedia guaranteed something, I made the payment. At the time of booking, I requested a ground floor room because my 16-year-old son is a quadriplegic with cerebral palsy and is forced to use a heavy wheelchair. When I arrived at the hotel, no one had any idea about this, and their way of solving it was to go knock on the door of an already occupied ground floor room, ask the guest to leave, and without cleaning it, making the bed, or anything, they expected me to use it. Obviously, I refused, and due to the late hour and lack of time to find another hotel, I had to carry my son up to the second floor to a room which, to be honest, was not that bad, but it was surrounded by tenants who apparently live in the hotel and had a rather intimidating appearance.

I was permitted to check in at 11 am and it was really nice - I needed an emergency housing (after terrible Airbnb experience) and didnt want to wait 4 hours outside. No fridge or microwave inside a room - just one near office. But I was permitted to use $10 coffee-pot from Walmart. Pretty quite during the night - in all apartments I have ever rented it was much worse. Cockroaches available - I have seen 5 guys during 2 weeks (not more than in any cheap local apartment complex). AC/Heater works perfect. They permit people to stay with pets. Security guy does his job really well - the location is one of the worst in the city. I have never seen bedbugs, bedbugs bites on my body or marks of bedbugs on my matress or bed sheets - I have checked everything carefully with 3000 lumen bike light. They have 2 washers and 2 dryers and a line all the time ($1.50 for washing and $1.50 for drying). Hotel area kept clean. What I dont like. A lot of smokers and all rooms reeks with cigarettes. But no even hint on 420 that I absolutely cant stand. They rent homeless people (they enter with walmart carts with all their posessions in it) - so I am not sure that they ever do any proper cleaning/disinfection or bugs check. This hotel is absolutely inconsistent with pricing. I paid around $40/night for 2 weeks stay (it is a lot). When I asked 1 more nighr they charged me $60. It looks like if you are not lucky with an office personal - they will just double price for you because they want. For example - there is an extanded stay hotel near here with a full kitchen (fridge, cooking range etc) and they charge just $47/hour for a weekly prepaid stay. So taking into account zero kitchenette this hotel is deadly overpriced. But taking into account the location it is a safe place to stay. My point. If you cant afford to pay $50 more for a weekly stay - Super Inn is an option. If you can - dont rent here. It doesnt worth it.

I have had to stay here quite a bit, but it's got great security features; friendly staff & pretty great deals\discounts for a smaller business establishment. U get what u pay for, but it's comfortable & yeah I'll stay here again in the future it's also pet friendly & secured lot with great security measures. Enjoy

I completely agree with Elena's review! I will add...for $60.oo - I expected shampoo, towels and a trash can - not here! I did not expect a fridge, microwave, but they would have been helpful as I am on a budget travel from Las Vegas to South Texas. It's a run down, cheap motels in a bad part of town. If you are almost broke and desperate- it's a place to stay with a security guard that keeps the riff raff out at night. They are pet friendly.

Do NOT try this place out, from beginning to end it's garbage... Good pricing but NOT even worth the bother service, setting, atmosphere or experience. My truck got keyed in the lot, people there are rude and the staff is a joke. So unless ur a night owl who stays up for fun, u will not enjoy the stay. I was supposed to pay 50$ tax included for my room... Got no change and got over charged then questioned about my service dog papers despite the privacy law AND then pretty much laughed at when I reported my truck getting keyed. Was told cameras don't cover the area of my parking and then pretty much blown off by Management. Dirty rooms, dirty lot, what's the point of security extremes when u can't even be mindful of your paying guests?! I'm appalled and want my wasted money back in full didn't even have towels included in bathroom for my stay as is everyone travels with towels for showering all the time

Stayed there the other night. Not like most hotels every guest must check in and sercuity is tight. Room was small but okay. Place had bugs and I got bite twice by something and it stings and itches bad the next day. Did not have them prior to staying there. Price was cheap but in the future the extra spent is worth it for big free rooms and less over reach from management. I get it's a bad neighborhood but come on It is like a halfway house. Bad location Do not recommend. Mystery bites.
