Super Inn - Motel in Pomona - 975 W Holt Ave, USA

Pleasant place to stay.... people may be around but they don't bother you.... Office people are nice too and very friendly and helpful...

We arrived at the location for our prepaid booked reservation. We were told that the room was damaged and they were full. When I asked for a refund they were very unhelpful. When I called the booking company for a refund the hotel told the booking company there were rooms available. They lied.

It wouldn't be so bad if the room was in working order the shower sinks down and I've already fell in it and the outlets half of them don't work maybe one or two and there's a mini roaches so otherwise there's a place to stay home one more thing I had to bring my own antenna in to watch TV that's pretty sad.

This place is an absolute dump. There’s graffiti on furniture, not a single thing looks like it was done with care (paint, stone, electrical work), and I woke up to a cockroach on my nightstand. The location was convenient for the concert I saw, but that’s it.

Nice staff, but on average 5 cockroaches per night

you get what you pay for not much to say about this spot. be careful at night. be cool with everyone they will be cool with you. don't go flashing stacks here.

I was very happy with room. The fridge was an added plus. A little loud but no one bothered us.

My boyfriend and I cannot give this place anything less than five stars. The room is very clean and the kitchenette has been an extremely nice added bonus since we both love to cook and rarely dine out. Management has also been very nice, helpful and have gone above and beyond to make sure that our stay here has been comfortable and pleasant. Very quiet and enjoyable and we would definitely encourage others to enjoy this sweet gem as much as we have!
