First time going there and I now see why they have such good reviews. Food was phenomenal, and the staff were great. We had 4 different employees come to check on us or ask if we needed sauces or refills. We will definitely be back.

Amazing customer service, my food is ready in under 10 minutes. The restrooms are clean, and I was greeted upon entrance. A beautiful seating area outside.. definitely worth a visit.

First time eating here and it far exceeded my expectations. I had the house salad with fried chicken. My wife had a lettuce wrap sandwich and then we split a regular loaded fry. Everything was delicious. Very friendly staff. They addressed me with "yes sir" and "no sir". The fastest clean-up crew I've seen. As soon as someone left, you'd blink twice and the table was clean and ready to go. I saw them jogging to go get the broom. You can eat off this floor. Friday night and they had live music. Eat inside or outside.

Stopped in for dinner after my son’s basketball game. First time ever visiting this restaurant. As soon as you walk in, you will notice how nice and clean the establishment is. The service is incredible. Food was very good as well. I had the Chicken Cordon Blue with the Cajun fries. My son had chicken fingers. Topped it off with Cookies and Cream milkshakes that were great. Added bonus was Bingo night was going on while we were there. Highly recommend!!

My boyfriend and I decided to get some lunch here and it was absolutely, all around great! Jorge (who I assume is the manager) greeted us as soon as we entered and immediately recommended a few items on the menu, which my boyfriend and I ended up trying. The food was as delicious as he described and service was quick! Even just watching how fast the staff clean, I can see the cleanliness within the place! Plus, if you prefer eating in a lively atmosphere, this is the perfect place for that!

We are from out of town and wanted to try something new. The ratings on this place were good, so we gave it a shot. We went inside and were greeted by the friendliest man at the counter. He was happy to suggest menu items to us and we ordered and loved everything he suggested! He checked on us as we ate and we found out that he is the manager, named George. We were so impressed with the food quality and his superb level of hospitality! The chicken sandwiches and the custard are delicious! We will be going back next time we come to Hoover!

In this day and age where customer service is the exception and not the norm this location of Super Chix really stands out! This is obviously a reflection of the management of the store. The food was very good and fairly priced for the portion sizes. The energy that the entire staff exhibits is just phenomenal. Could not ask for nicer folks and better food at any price!

I have been to Superchix at least 20 times and have had wonderful meals each time so I decided I needed to give them the review they deserve. The quality of food is amazing at the reasonable prices they’re able to offer. The staff is always so awesome. I cannot say enough amazing things about the staff who brings you your food, refills your drinks, offers to bring sauces to your table, and checks on you multiple times during your visit. If you haven’t been here you must go. You’ll be glad you did.
