Really, really good tacos with hand-made fresh tortillas. This is a lovely local business with great street food. They will prepare Carne Asada (as well as sides) for large groups and you can have you meat cooked or marinated for you to cook.
They say it's the best Mexican food in town! Large, hand pressed corn tortillas. Unique ordering experience. Order in the market, then go next door to the kitchen.
I only come through Ukiah once a year, and I've made this place a tradition. It is one of the better tacos in the area. I was disappointed that the prices have gone up a little, but the quality is still here.

I ordered carnitas nachos today and got sick about 10 minutes into eating them. I’ve been sick to my stomach with diarrhea ever since noon and have felt the need to throw up. The taqueria is disgustingly dirty, the food preparers do not wear food safe glove, it’s a dirty, filthy mess. You have been warned!
