I’m not trying to be a Jerk when I give this the low rating that I’m giving it. My argument would be that I stayed here for three nights spending over $500, I could do that at a much nicer hotel for maybe $100 more. Some family offered To pay for my hotel stay, an offer I will never take up again. To say the rooms are small, and I upgraded to the king, There is no closet. The amount of towels given looks like there’s a shortage. Quite frankly, this bed was the most uncomfortable bed. I have been in in 20 years. When they say light breakfast, do not that it is alternative for continental breakfast. For breakfast, they laid out bananas, a few pieces of yogurt, and a couple granola bars. This hotel wouldn’t be worth $30 a night, the only thing that got it from being one star was the very kind of people working here. My recommendation, do you research and get a better hotel!
We stayed here for 1 night. Room was nice, on the smaller size. Gentleman at the front desk was super friendly. Went down for breakfast, all they offered was coffee, juice, bananas, a couple yogurts and instant oatmeal. Would have paid more for a room elsewhere that had a better breakfast option.
This hotel has the potential to be amazing! Fresh paint and carpet. The biggest complaint we’re the ants in our room that traveled into our food. Gross!! We lost food and sleep over this. Had to find a new hotel for the next night which was a hassle moving everything. I was issued a refund for the second night and a 50% refund for the first night so that was nice.
Stayed 5/10/24 for 1 night And our reservation was for a king bed. IT was way smaller and very rough and uncomfortable, they would not change rooms. The beding was old and also uncomfortable, TV didn't go on , pool area was disgusting as was the hallway. Breakfast was seriously lacking, I mean nothing there. Whole place smelled! Whoever is the manager of this hotel seems to not really care because all you have to do is look at the entrance and you automatically know it's a run down, dirty establishment. I highly recommend not staying there unless you absolutely have too. Thank you for responding to my review. I really appreciate it however; I know that you respond to most reviews and you apologize for the service and complaints both now and in the past, but you don't fix or address the legitimate issues that are brought to your attention. And that's why people continue to complain... I sincerely hope that you get some of the things fixed for the upcoming convention for Jehovah's witnesses and I hope I can visit your hotel again sometime. Thank you for your time.
Having to go to Portland area finding a safer place to stay for our trip was hard. Had to ask for suggestions due to issues in Portland area. This stay was great close to the outlet stores which My wife really liked. and having nice food choices. Even tried the Golf Course restaurant which was excellent for a good meal. The breakfast choices were lacking but Friendliness of staff made it a good stay.
Positive: Location Negative: Hot tub still broken from are last trip.. just hot water no bubbles... Refrigerator does not work the TV did not work good thing I packed a book
Clean, quiet, a little dated. Customer Service was excellent. The last time we stayed here there were two middle-of-the-night loud disturbances that unfortunately lasted too long. Evidently at lest one resulted in law enforcement. The front desk apologized and we decided to visit again. No problems, so we concluded it could happen at any hotel. Enjoyable visit.
Ants everywhere In my room. Most of them coming out of any water drain. I can see something that looks like. Mice poop or something along those lines in the fan sitting loosely. I think Some kind of vacuum probably would have cleaned it up, but the fact that housekeepers just let it sit there is gross. Flooring was hard and there is no headboard, and the pillows are very small. Front office stuff was nice. Don't expect a nice or hot breakfast That was included in the price.
Whra a great place to stay! Upon arrival Cynthia welcomed us with a smile and set up up in a very clean room. She was helpful and attentive to our needs and made sure our room was feather free. The maintenance man, John (I believe) was kind and gre
Beautiful fields and a warm welcome. We were pleasantly surprised by the sunrise liftoff of three hot air balloons. We just received our shipment of tulip bulbs and are eager to plant them when our garden soil gets down to the right temperature range
This place has huge portions of food and everything is ALWAYS fresh! I would highly recommend this restaurant! Their Chicken Teriyaki is incredible, and their Fried Rice is also amazing! I have never had such flavorful pot stickers!!
Food was very delicious. Best Quesabirrias I have ever had hands down the best. Wouldnât go nowhere else, service is very excellent as well, very polite people. La Casa de Los Machetes will have me coming back for more of those quesabirrias for sur
It's a fantastic, local treat! While I can't say that it was the best burger I've ever had, I can say it was a big, juicy burger with fresh ingredients and not greasy. The bacon on the burger was top quality. I think the fry sauce and the "secret bur
This was such an amazing find! My friend and I were returning home from a long but wonderful road trip. It was supper time so we were hungry, but did not have a place in mind to eat. I asked Google for restaurants near our current location. This plac
