Absolute worst experience possible. 12 hours of flying, just wanted a bed for the night so booked online without looking at any of the reviews and can confirm that all the terrible 1* reviews are honest and true. Arrived at 11pm straight from the airport to find no staff working and a sign saying they will return by 12am.. how am I suppose to check in? Again after flying all day I am tired and upset at the poor service this place has to offer. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, it's not worth the $10 you save by booking here.

By far the friendliest and most helpful staff I've ever met. They were great. But the room was filthy. There was poop and pee on and around the toilet, pubic hair in the shower and on the floor. There was tooth paste left from previous guest on the sink. I found old cans and bottles behind the night stand. The floors had not been vacuumed. I took pictures of everything.

Rooms and carpet are filthy. Stains and grime on walls carpets. Lampshades were all dented in and broken. Fire detector missing in our room. Rooms stank like cigarette smoke. Would not recommend staying here

Both rooms air conditioning was out so hot and humid had to squeeze four people to one room Was giving one fan to help but to no avail was too hot. This is not staffs fault it’s the owners. No elevator so had to walk a wheelchair bound brother up three flights of stairs with two people holding him up.again not fault of staff.general manager was great in refunding entire reservation so that says goods things about staff.it is not their fault they have a bad owner who has not taken care of building . Staff was great in a difficult situation.

This was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. When booking the hotel, my confirmation did not tell my a deposit would automatically be charged. Not to mention I had staff tell me directly that a deposit is only taken on cash payments not card. The room was absolutely disgusting. The bathroom was all rusted and ceiling caving in. The beds gave me serious creepy crawlies not to mention we found black hairs on our pillows. I am absolutely disgusted with the amount of money this hotel took from me .

We had a horrible experience checking in and getting to our room, and did not end up staying.|We had a reservation, arrived at 3:00 pm, however there was no one at the desk, and no clean staff could be found. After about 5 minutes, including ringing the bell, we left to do some shopping and returned at about 4:00.|There was a person at the check in, and two cleaning staff were sitting in the lobby chairs on their phones.|Our first room smelled of smoke, though the hotel is non-smoking.|We were moved to a second room and there were two pillows on the chair with no pillow cases. A cleaning staff member brought two pillow cases, and as the bedding was pulled back, there was hair on the sheets. |Additionally, there was dried urine stains on the toilet seat, and we were unable to get the tv to work.|This room was obviously not cleaned, though they tried to pass it off as such.|The hotel is older, and showing it's age, needs a lot of updating.|We then checked out/cancelled our stay, and headed to another hotel in town where we spent the night.|Super 8 should do a spot check on this hotel, and I am sure they would be embarrassed, after seeing it, to have it as part of its chain. |Our recommendation is to not stay here.

This place sucks. You will have to sign a a waiver claiming you will be charged $750 for smoking yet the place reeks like weed. The AC in the room didn’t work and they supplied a small fan. Overall I would say there is a reason this is the cheapest place in Williston. I would be scared to be in the hallway after hours. The front desk was nice.

Positive: Location was nice Negative: Very dirty everywhere. The Air Conditioner did not work properly, room was stinking hot (literally). The room smelled like dirt and cigarette smoke. The laundry dryer did not dry the clothes, had heat but no air flow. The hallways needed to be vacuumed.
