Super 8 by Wyndham Weslaco - Hotel in Weslaco - 1702 E Expressway 83, USA

Every single interaction I had with a member of the staff at Super 8 was a pleasant one. When I arrived Edgar did a great job. When I returned for the evening the lady who watched at night was extremely helpful and inviting. My card initially didn’t work and a lady with the housekeeping staff helped me get in my room. The tv was giving me trouble so a very kind maintenance man swapped it with another cable box quickly and was friendly whenever I saw him. At a different time another member of the housekeeping staff helped me enter my room when AO forgot my card inside. Saturday night I had to keep my food and drink Ice cold after having wisdom teeth pulled in Nuevo Progresso and the lady working the front desk said I could come by to get more ice even after hours, all I had to do was knock. I’m an outside salesman and I know how important good customer service is and can identify it very quickly. You have GREAT PEOPLE with GREAT customer service at Super 8 in Weslaco!!! Thank you for making my stay an enjoyable one even after having wisdom teeth pulled. When I go back down I’m staying there again!

Great stay as usual. The staff was very attentive and patient. Edgar, front desk manager, was eager to help with my TV operator errors. Comfortable, clean room and great staff. The ground are kept very clean. The pool area looks really nice and the water was perfect.

Chef Chris’s omelet is the best perfectly flavored no seasonings needed. Didn’t get to take the photo it’s all gone. It was that good and prices were very affordable!!! Not your standard motel experience because you get a freshly served food with a great interaction!

We arrived way before check in time and the front desk Edgar was very nice and polite. He went out of his way to help and look for our reservation. Excellent customer service and great attitude and atmosphere! We will definitely book again.

Wonderful experience was helped by Edgar the front desk manager. He was very helpful went above and beyond to make sure the customer was happy. His customer service was excellent I wish there was more people like him. He was very helpful and friendly made me feel very welcome. I will definitely be coming back to Super 8 with customer service like this. Thank you so much for your hospitality Edgar I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

We really enjoyed our stay this past weekend. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Especially Edgar at the front desk he helped us so much with all of our requests . Rooms are nice and comfy and ac works very well! They are also very clean. We would recommend to anyone to stay here!

The hotel receptionist, Fred, was really helpful in getting us a room at such short notice. The room was a suite and right away it smelled very crisp and clean. Although we didn’t use it, the room also included a jacuzzi which was a really nice touch for those that don’t want to go to the hotel pool. Overall very nice experience for people who are in a tight bind and need a place to stay ASAP. Additionally we called other motels/hotels and for sure this place was the most economic if you’re checking in without prior notice.

It was such a beautiful experience jacuzzi was great. Had a blast favorite hotel. I like to stay at with my partner pillows were fluffy and the early breakfast was to die for 10 out of 10. All mirrors were clean and our Counters were shiny clean.
