Super 8 by Wyndham Watertown WI - Hotel in Watertown - 1730 S Church St, USA

The customer service was really good, check-in was quick and she explained everything to us and reassured us that if we needed anything there would always be someone at the desk to help. However our room was dirty, the sink wasn’t cleaned and the floor was sticky. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Positive: Their coffee and the beds were comfortable, probably the most confortable I have ever experienced in a hotel. Negative: The comforter on the bed was dirty and stained. Gross! And the breakfast they offered was toast and pop-tarts. Really!?

This location has its ups and downs. Right now it is back in a down as it has once again become a dump. It was nice for a few years but now the rooms and staff are not good. It is a bit away, but Super 8 in Beaver Dam is a bit better, but if distance is not a problem go to a Wyndham location in Wapun. They are both real nice.

This hotel was definitely not worth $160/night. Upon entering our room we noticed that the bathroom ceiling was caving in and had severe water damage throughout, and the toilet seat was decaying. Our smoke detector was ripped out of the ceiling and open wires were just dangling there. When these issues were addressed with the concierge we were told they are “aware”. On top of our room falling apart the hotel’s pool and spa were both closed until further notice. Not an ideal trip, and thankful we only had to spend the one night in the facility.

The carpet is disgusting, sticky, smells like mildew. has a iron burn in the middle of the floor. Sink drains very slow. Tub doesn't drain until you turn the water off. A/c filters were dirty. Bedding was clean.

Poor lighting in the parking lot was our first impression. Staff were friendly and polite. Smells bad indoors. Very thin walls and lots of noise particularly from showers that are running.||I always check my room for bedbugs first thing. I did not find any, however it was quite dirty with dust, fingernails, hair, pills, etc scattered around the edges. Gross and I didn't want to walk around without shoes.||Room is tight but functional in a pinch. Wifi was horrible, breakfast doesn't qualify as a meal.||||Overall very expensive for what you get.

Positive: Location of hotel and price Negative: Pool/Spa was closed. The weekend is one of their busiest weekends, and it was closed. The free breakfast was lacking in diverse food. They had pop-tarts, toast, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs. Before, they had more to choose from.

This hotel was a great place to stay! Newly renovated. The only downside was the breakfast selection. But was still decent. We will definitely stay here again.
