Very good little motel. Stayed in the 3-bed bedroom since I have two kiddos and they really can’t sleep in the same bed and I’ll be darned if I’m going to get any sleep while sharing a bed with one of them. Room was clean and well-equipped. The shower faucet took some figuring out to get hot water. The pool and jacuzzi were both working and open till 10 PM so that made for a nice evening. The breakfast was good (waffle maker, etc.) so that was good. Would stay here again.

The lobby was nice and inviting. The receptionist was very helpful. Unfortunately there was no fresh coffee available, we were informed it had been there since morning. Upon entering our room, it smelled of marijuana even though it was a non smoking room. We did let the front desk know. The room was less than desirable for cleanliness, the floor when walked on shoeless were dirty and did not feel mopped. The bathtub had burn marks from cigarettes being set on the edges, the tub when you stood in it felt like it was sinking. Water pressure was non existent but I did appreciate how hot the water was. We also used the laundry facilities. One of the washing machines was out of order and looked as if it had been for awhile. And the room was extremely hot even though it was vented outside. They had the machines for soap but we did not use there’s as we had brought our own. They also had a pool and jacuzzi. They were supposed to be accessible with our room key but that did not work. The front desk advices us to just open it from the inside (I’m thinking maybe the card reader was broken?), the kids enjoyed the pool. The jacuzzi was nice. It was extremely chlorinated but that could be a good thing too! The continental breakfast was okay. I was grateful to be able to feed my kids. But it was lacking in making sure things did not run out. I’m not sure that I would ever stay at this location again. It felt more like it was an extended stay hotel than a place for travelers to rest.

We stayed overnight for a medical procedure the next day. The hotel was great until the sun went down. The guests next door were obviously long term tenants and must have paid handsomely. They also had a few vehicles in the lot that had obviously not moved in a very long time. They were up all night fighting and screaming and repeatedly slamming the door not once but 6 or 7 times in a row all night long. We heard things like “untie me and let me go” in a woman’s screaming voice. Called the front desk and requested they do something or ask them to keep quiet……nothing! Called again and asked them to do something……they called their room and no one answered. Then after the woman screaming thing I called the front desk again and asked them to call the cops……Nothing. They didn’t offer to move us, or come and knock on their door. I complained to the front desk in the morning and they offered me a discount on my next stay. Useless. Why would I stay there again?

Clean, nice room, great breakfast, friendly Staff! Ani was very kind and helpful. When he noticed the coffee was running low he went above and beyond to make a fresh carafe of coffee for me and the other guests. Will definitely stay here again.

I really like this place. As you can see the room was really nice. It was cheap at the time I got it. The breakfast was awsome! Sausage, biscuits n gravy, fruit, hard boiled eggs, cute little waffles, the basics toast butter cereal oatmeal. Then juice and Starbucks coffee. And the pool and hottub great! The jets works. And the pool was filled a little lower so it was perfect temp on a warm days. N cute lobby. Thanks guys!

Positive: The pool and location was great. Negative: It was really dirty and there some very questionable characters hanging around. The water was hot and then cold, the bed made a lot of noise and was sinking in the middle.

We booked a triple queen bed for an overnight stay. The day of our arrival we received a call saying they over sold and they didn’t have the room for us. They asked if we would be okay with a king and queen and we said yes as long as they were next to each other since we have little kids. Was told no problem. The guy called back later saying that we need to contact Wyndham to change the reservation. We were driving and I said we would be there at 4:35pm and can we call them and he said yes. We got there at 4:45pm and well Wyndham was closed. They couldn’t accommodate our reservation. They told us we have to book 2 rooms. I wasn’t going to pay for something I shouldn’t have to since my reservation is for the amount of people in a 3 queen bedroom. They called the area manager and he talked to me on the phone. He started off as nice and then turned into an a-hole. I asked why they can’t just give us a 2 queen bedroom and we will sleep 3 to a bed and just comp it as they will get paid on the other reservation. He said he can’t. I said well this situation isn’t my fault. He tells me it’s not his fault either and blames Wyndham. Wyndham customer service closed at 6pm EST and we are Pacific Time. Then he had the audacity to tell me that as soon as the guy called me, we should have immediately pulled over and called Wyndham! I told him the convo I had with the other guy and how he said it would be okay when we got there at 4:35pm. He tells me that he didn’t know they closed at 6pm EST. I said I didn’t either! They are a Wyndham property so they should know more about Wyndham than me! He started raising his voice at me so I threw the phone down and walked out. As an area manager, you don’t start raising your voice at a customer! Our 3 year old started screaming in the car because we were leaving the “holiday hotel”. My husband called the hotel back so they can hear her screaming. The girl started offering to give us a 20% discount on booking the two rooms we would now need. I’m sorry, no…you lost your chance when we were in there asking what they could do for us to accommodate their error. We were already in the car for almost 6 hours and we just kept driving north. Luckily we found a campground to stay the night. Also, before we booked the hotel, my husband called and asked if they can accommodate a suburban towing a 25ft travel trailer and the guy said yes. That was also a LIE! They can’t accommodate travel trailer, rv’s or anything you are towing. Will tell everyone to stay away from this place. Sounds like they are crooks who over book and then want to make you book extra rooms to make money.
