Positive: "" Negative: The sheets were stained. Toilet did not flush properly, and the base of the toilet was not sealed at all. The a/c in the room did not work well at all. When you walked into the hotel, it smelled like marijuana. Will not be staying at this hotel again.
Positive: The beds were comfotable. Negative: It was not clean, the air did not cool like it should, it needed many repairs, we had no fire alarm in our room, the vending machines did not work.
The ONLY good thing we got from staying here was service from the staff. Once we walked up to our room and opened the door we were hit the strong smell of cigarette smoke in a non smoking room!!! There were burn marks on the wall, the bed has flat spots in the mattress so it's like sleeping on the metal bars of the frame. The remote for the t.v. didn't work and everything was dirty. We went down to the front desk and they " up graded " our room.
The next room was better, the bed was so much better BUT the sink had no pipes connected under the sink and there was no fire detector. Absolutely no way I would use your money to stay at this hotel again!!! Be careful staying here!!!
The front desk staff is very polite and helpful with good communication skills and the room is very clean and prefer to stay here in vacation then u can enjoy night and safe
Positive: the only person who was nice was the front desk man. The room was clean. Negative: My boyfriend car got broken into and window busted on their property. How do you not pay attention to your camera if the camera is working. We woke up that mornin and all we seen was his window busted. The front desk have been there all night/ morning
Positive: I had booked and paid for Thursday and ended up having a 9&1/2 hrs lay over in Atlanta and when I called the hotel Friday morning to let them know I was on my way a female staff member tried to charge me $35 late check in & charged 50 for a room key Negative: Yes the extra fees and the AC was not working. Wonderful training facility. Did training there for 6 months and it was the best experience I ever had with a trainer. Jamal encourages you to do your best while inside or outside the gym. When you are there, you feel like family. Looking forward to
