Scoring the room is tough because it looks nice but has serious maintenance issues like a tub with peeling paint. It has continental breakfast, accessible bathroom, washer and dryer, full sized iron and ironing board, "business center" (a computer located outside the laundry room, cheap items in the vending machine, ice machine, and fitness center. The housekeeping staff were pleasant and thorough. However, it had a non-functioning ATM, broken phone in our room, sink right at the door so when you're washing up, if your roommate opens the door wide, there you are visible to other guests. I felt so bad for one of the clerks, after I made a request, she said that people complained out their rooms and that the owners were basically slumlords. Every day, somebody complained about the price or how their cards were charged.

I could give less if i can I mean for the price we gave First let’s start with people, i really don’t like to talk about people but those ones are really disrespectful people and the attitude and the look they gave us like we are beneath them i never saw people that are disrespectful like them And the rooms smells weird and a lot of weed smell in the whole building and they say its not a smoking facility No hot water in the bathroom and after complaining for the front desk they say its gonna be fixed in 10 minutes and after waiting nothing get fixed till we left The bathtub had a black mold And after being late for 10 minutes for the breakfast they say came after 9am you can’t get a breakfast after that, who wakes up at 6am to eat a “cereal and milk” complementary breakfast anyway, I tried to book a room for my brother, the front desk lady said do it online, it’s cheaper that way, I did it with the wrong date and they refused to change it on their end, told me to cancel and it’s none refundable $89, and she would not believe me even after showing her the email! Never again! I can’t recommend less!

Positive: Nothing the location was terrible. The service was horrific. Negative: There was marijuana smoking all throughout the building. The whole building smell like marijuana cigarettes the room I stayed in smell like cigarettes I left. I was supposed to stay three days only stay two days because I couldn?t take the smell.

The hotels in this area are horrible. This hotel is affordable and up to par. Customer service was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and room service on time. 10/10 would recommend.

Not satisfied with the cleanliness of the property…. Dusty and worn out…. No concept of dusting the surfaces. Very minimal breakfast…. Wouldn’t recommend this property.

I checked out on July 15 headed out of town 3 hours after I checked out, we realized my son left his laptop under the pillow, called immediately and left a voicemail. They called me back and said they had our laptop and would keep it in the office, I told them I would be back Friday to pick it up! Well I come back Friday and the laptop is Nowhere to be found and Everyone seems to say they're not the one who called me. So one of the employees stole our laptop! They were supposed to call me back after speaking to everyone but haven't called yet!!!

This by far the worst room I have ever stayed in! First of all my tv didn’t work for my son’s gaming system. I had them to come check it out and the lady got mad at me for complaining. The second thing is the ants in the room. They was on the bed and everything. Horrible place to stay

My mom, my fiance and I had to rent a room for a couple of days and this place was great. The staff Hannah and Meva were super helpful and courteous! They had great personalities. This was absolutely a good place to stay. I will stay there anytime I’m in the area.
