Super 8 by Wyndham Sevierville Riverside - Hotel in Sevierville - 1410 Winfield Dunn Pkwy, USA

Positive: The room layout was awesome! I did not expect two different rooms. It was nice for the kids to be in one room and the parents in another. Negative: The only thing that was disappointing was breakfast. It was literally a bag of mini muffins and coffee. The hotel really shouldn?t advertise a free continental breakfast.

My experiences with super 8 hotels are usually good, however this has proved me wrong. The air conditioning barely worked with it being close to 90 degrees in our room. The door had what looked to be a blood stain on it?!, the left side of our bed was completely broken down, the sheets were dirty, and the curtains also had a giant rip in them which was not convenient when trying to keep light out. At least the bathroom sink had good water pressure (I turned it on and it sprayed me in the face). There were two dead bugs on the floor of the bathroom, black mold, and the toilet handle had to be pressed down hard to get it to flush. Now for the positive side of my review. The view was amazing with lots of birds and different animals! The service was ok (bonus points for the cute cat outside💖)

No just no!! The first word that comes to my mind is disgusting!! We checked in to the first room and it stunk and had a couple of spiders in it... Also something on the pillow case and something on one of the interior doors! He moved us to another room and it smelled like pee!! Two cigarette holes in one of the comforters! Just disgusting! I don't know how in the world there are good reviews on here!! Do yourself a favor and don't stay here!!

Wow…… just say no. It’s not worth the $30 a night. - no breakfast- little Debbie mini muffin packs at the front office for a few hours from 6-9 am* -gross, unkept, neglected property - 1 small trash can in the room for 4 people -3 pillows per bed no extra sheets or pillows for a family of 4. - 3 towels provided and we had to go downstairs to the office to get more even though the room was booked for 4. - The first room, the shower curtain rod was pulled out of the wall and hanging. The shower was not able to be used. Moved us to another room - Ac unit leaks inside the room saturating the carpet which then causes the visible black mold and mildew. - black mold in bathroom- specifically ceiling and fan vent. - dry wall is broken and crumbling at the floor boards/ rubber floor boards. - Broken tiles - The entire room smelled. A hint of mold, mildew, wet towel, wet socks, and dirty diaper combined. - bedding is OLD - torn sheets/ holes/stains/cigarette burns. - wet and musty spelling rooms that are dark and dank.l as previously mentioned by another reviewer. - I have nothing good to say about this property. I do not recommend. My husband, upon checkout advised of the leaking AC and was told “ yeah we have a few rooms with that issue and our repair man is going to be busy today”. I contemplated changing hotels after the first night, instead we added a few more activities during the day which kept us busy and out of room unless it was time to shower and sleep.

Upon entering the mold smell was immense,the jetted tub was cracked and broke,the jets look like never been cleaned,bathroom vent discusting with dust and bugs, cigarette burns on the bedspread. Again another business review with made up reviews. Disappointed ...

PROS: We chose because of balcony, price and location. It was also a Wyndham property.||CONS: Air unit ran constantly and didn't cool properly. Room had a damp feel. Mini fridge was in bad need of defrosting and froze our drinks. I couldn't adjust it. My husband was awakened by a small roach crawling on him. We also saw another one as we were packing to leave. Reported when we checked out.

For what this place gives you at a low price point, you can't beat it. Everything seemed clean and the room was a good size. Had a comfortable night before spending a day in Pigeon Forge. Checked for any breakfast but all they offered were little bites muffins, about what I expected 😆

Terrible, the room smelled like someone had smoked a pack in the "non-smoking". The air conditioner didn't work. Needs to be renovated. The pillows looked like they just stuffed the pillowcase with filling. The front desk gentleman was very nice a personable.
