I pay attention to details. I always have had a fresh roll of toilet paper with the pretty folded end. So when I seen a half gone one it kind of freaked me out. The mattress completely sucked. It had a huge dip in it. Clearly needs to be replaced. I had a hard time sleeping so I wanted a extra pillow with a blanket. They did not have any left. We had only two towels, 1 wash cloth for 2 quests? Other than that it was not to bad but the parking lot needs updated a tad.

I don't know what other people experienced, but our room was super clean, and had new tile in it. It was gorgeous and I couldn't believe a motel 8 had such a nice room. The pool and hot tub were also super nice and the breakfast was pretty standard.

Positive: great location. continental breakfast is fresh and good. Pool area is clean and nice. Negative: Mice in my room however staff has someone spray immediately.

loved it ! 10/10 would recommend , especially if your traveling and just needing a good quality, cheap, kid and Pet friendly, quiet and comfortable place to stay just for a few nights. where you don't have to worry about anything happening to any of your belongings or like anyone or anything disturbing you while you're there

The lady at the front desk was super nice, 5 stars. Which should tell you just how bad the hotel itself is. Elevator is down and the only room we could have was on the 3rd floor. Looking through the reviews, the elevator has been down for 8 months ( the reply says 6 weeks, but previous reviews show much longer). Ice machine on the 3rd floor is down and it's been down for 8 months. No towels in the pool and only 2 in the room. So we could swim, we just couldn't shower after... The carpet and drapes look like they're 40 yrs old judging by the style and the amount of wear. 2 pillows on our bed were dirty. We got new ones but because the manger chooses to understaff, I had to bring the dirty ones down and pick up the clean ones myself. Good thing the elevator is broken. I love how they placed a $100 hold on my credit card and told me I would "get it back if I leave the room in good condition" but the manager doesn't leave the hotel in good condition. The room wasn't very expensive, but it absolutely was not worth it. Also, i love how the manager has replied to this review but only focused on "letting the staff know" Rather than owning up to their own poor maintenance.

Buyer beware. My husband booked a "suite" which was a giant room, it it was missing the fridge, a broken lamp and a connected door to the room next door. The people next to us had a yapping puppy and we could hear word for word their conversations. The floors were vinyl and made the rooms very echoey. The front desk person was very nice and brought a fridge and then shortly after let us switch rooms. I didn't even care that we'd paid more for the suite, I just wanted out. We got a downgraded, smaller room. Carpet filthy, arm rests on chair filthy, dirty blanket on the bed. The bed was an old spring mattress and you could hear the springs crunching every time you moved and the mattress was sagging. A lamp didn't work in this room either and so much was is disrepair or repaired poorly. The AC/Heater was so loud and clunky that it sounded like a storm was raging outside. The sickly sweet air fresheners plugged into the outlets in the hall gave us headaches and just shows they are trying to hide the nasty smells throughout the place. I was so disgusted I didn't even want to go to the pool or hot tub. Breakfast was basic and subpar. I'm also highly intuitive and the energy in this place felt awful, I questioned the safety of the place, and luckily we were safe but everything else was so bad we packed up and left at 330 a.m. on our last night. I don't think we had bed bugs but after reading the other reviews I hope we didn't bring any home.

The breakfast consists of cereal, toast, and waffles. Coffee is terrible. They take towel situation is serious. Holy moly towel Nazis. Everything is out of service. The elevator, only two sets of small washer dryers and one of each is out of order. Pool was closed for maintenance pretty much the whole stay. The shower dribbled water when off all night long. The heater/ac worked when it wanted to The location was the only good thing.

COMPLIMENTS:||1) tasteful-5'x5'-Utah-Black-&-White-Natural-Scenes are nice.||2) Nice furniture, TV, refrigerator, microwave oven.||||CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISMS:||1) Wanted to use dryer near pool - couldn't do so. Dryers wouldn't take cash or a credit-debit-card. Only scanning-a-square-item. I paid $128 for a 32-GB-Motorola-phone 1 1/2 years ago, but it doesn't activate by scanning-square-item. Have subcontractor add cash-payment, & debit-credit-card-items.||2) Faucet-handle-for-sink not firmly attached. It spins all the way around. Room 117.||3) Humidity built up in room. Actually, a partial-compliment - your window seals well. Advise guests, that if humidity builds up in a room, open the outside-window about 2 1/2 inches for an hour. Humidity will return to a normal-level.||Mitch Ring, Salt-LakCOMPLIMENTS:||1) tasteful-5'x5'-Utah-Black-&-White-Natural-Scenes are nice.||2) Nice furniture, TV, refrigerator, microwave oven.||||CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISMS:||1) Wanted to use dryer near pool - couldn't do so.
